Don’t get this one at all. We’ll have Andrey Santos and Ugo to return in the summer to add to Lavia in the deep midfield role. Even if we don’t think Ugo is good enough for Chelsea (which I don’t) we’re still well stocked there. I feel like it has more to do with beating United to the punch rather than anything. We signed Nkunku, Pulisic, and Ziyech, to name three, way before the summer window even opened. In theory it might seem like a wise idea, but I'd always advise on waiting till the season is over before agreeing deals to sign first team players (free transfers aside).By LAM09

I do not know anything about these kids but its interesting we're randomly spending a decent chunk of money in March. Maybe the club are trying to get business done much earlier than in prior years? If I could have one wish it would be to get all business done every year before the main preseason tour starts abroad, so players can get a decent amount of time together learning about each other and learning the manager's system. That said I assume these kids wont even make a preseason to
