Popular Post! The only place to be 11,313 Posted January 25, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted January 25, 2013 If he does get sacked after the United game, maybe we could hire him. In fact how about we hire him the night of the game and the next morning have him waiting in Benitez's office. All the players could be in there and when he turns the light on they jump out and shout ''SURPRISE!!!.......YOU'RE FIRED!!'.And the cameras from ChelseaTV are there, and we all laugh.....and laugh.....and laugh..... The Skipper 20,609
As much as I want Mourinho here right now, I think we should let FSW stay till the end of the season (I know). Don't think the club can take another managerial upheaval ATM.
Blue Gino 377
Hiring Mourinho is a negative if you want to see the progression of academy youth or loanees return to make an impact. He doesn't have the patience to create like Jurgen Klopp does. He wants to buy buy buy and win straight away and he's a sure bet to leave after three years (which is an eternity here). So there's the fan base who want to buy other clubs' finished products and those who want to develop from within. (a debate to go on and on) )A lot of bringing back Mou has to do with the current coach and the results this season. But for me this club and the structure they have needs a long term coach with a philosophy that coincides with these technical skilled types like a Frank De Boer. Problem is the owner has an itchy trigger finger which makes sense for a Mourinho but he will have a meltdown with a young roster. This club is basically turning into Arsenal only with a slightly higher wage structure but until this club gets a bigger stadium to supply bigger revenue you will continue to see transfer windows like the current one, one maybe two brought in at bargain prices and therefore they need a Klopp type who can work within a structure and build on youth who now have developed into players every other club wants to rip out for their own good. The Mourinho era was fun back then but times are changing and this club needs to get a coach who can make good on style and youth. A lot demanded right there and Jose to me isn't cut out for that shit. blu35_army, SinineUltra and MetsajCFC
Laylabelle 9,539
But he said years back when everyone was raving on about the Arsenal youthier side... if he could he'd develop youth and spend time doing that etc..however there is the pressure to win trophies and games etc which is the issue and felt he couldnt

He has only done that twice, he left Porto after winning everything with them and left Inter after winning everything with them. He as fired from Chelsea and looks like he will be fired from Real Madrid. A complete assumption. How are Chelsea turning into Arsenal? Because the club is replacing the old guard with youth? Arsenal let Henry, Bergkamp, Toure, Adams, Keown, Pires, Ljungberg, Viera and Cambell leave. Who did they replace them that old guard with? Eboue, Van Persie, Clichy, Fabregas, Djourou, Nasri, Flamini, and where are all those players now? It's incredibly unlikely what happened to Arsenal over the last decade will happen to Chelsea. Chelsea have not been a selling club since Roman tookover and I doubt the club ever will be. The Mak and Rmpr

I don't see this need to constantly compare how the team is now to other teams. The best thing is to compare this Chelsea to to the Chelsea of five years ago, not the Arsenal of five years ago.Or something like that, I didn't proof read.
