We need to see a level of ruthlessness never before witnessed in terms of outgoings if this shambolic ownership has any hopes at all of winning some of the supporters back this summer. 
They have to SHOW us that they are as embarrassed, humiliated, and angry as we are and show us that this level is completely unacceptable. And they do that by first and foremost getting rid of all of these horrific players they’ve spunked hundreds of millions on who were NEVER good enough to wear the Chelsea shirt.
 

But there are still fans who claim ‘we are not far off from competing’

Don’t see why the club or anyone are that arsed if he goes to City. He didn’t have much of a connection with the fans. They had clauses in his contract for him to inform them if he was going to speak to other clubs. So they obviously were prepared to let him go at some point - its just they’ve got egg on their face and terms weren’t in the clubs favour. 
If they were that bothered they wouldn’t have been so stubborn, they’d of tried to meet him in the middle. But they didn’t. Same with Poch. Same with Tuchel. 
Pointless exercise that will be a distraction or rumble on to the point nobody will give a fuck anyway. Particularly when they are looking to start afresh/with a new approach….
Be same again situation again in 12 months no doubt when they fall out with Alonso.

I can honestly see them winning it..we got 2 past them and although our defence went stupid theirs doesnt tend to.

We deserve what we have got, this season has been fucking pathetic and quite frankly embarrassing.
The fans have been shit on from a great height, took the piss out of and the club and players should be fucking ashamed of themselves
I hope Alonso axes any fucker that thinks they are too big to be here, that includes Palmer, Cucurealla, Enzo or anyone for that matter, get rid of them and back him from the off.

👀🗯Xabi has met with the club. A contract has been agreed upon (term and salary); it includes a Champions League bonus if the team qualifies next season, as well as an exit clause in case things don’t work out (this is standard; all coaches have something like this).
Everyone involved wants to wrap up the deal quickly, because Xabi wants to get in touch with our players to bring them all on board before they head off to the World Cup (he really likes our squad a lot).
He wants Cucurella and Enzo it’s going to be a big summer...
