That is one thing but if the players are not showing the desire, hunger and commitment at the very least - which they haven't shown of late - then some serious questions need to be asked of them as well.

The weird thing is that Mourinho yesterday mentioned that our players could have some attitude problems.We saw these attitude problems during the second part of the season and we still have these kind of problems.Instead of benching some players,Mou still gives them chances over and over again.

Look at what Ramires did yesterday.He ran his socks off,tried to show how good he is and he delivered.

Kenedy always tries to impress the coach,he always runs like a bigger version of Ramires,going into every duel he sees and he showed that he has desire for this club.

RLC impressed everyone with his great runs,his tackles and his quick reading of the game and he showed that he wants to be in the starting line up.

Instead of giving those 3 more chances,he gives Iva,Oscar,Hazard and Cesc more chances,which is unfair.

These attitude problems could be fixed if those untouchable player sit some matches on the bench and see what younger players or players that love the club can do.Maybe,they change their minds,but Mourinho first has to change his mind by giving other players chances.

I used to love Mou - I really did - why?

- Because I knew when the players stepped on the pitch they would be giving 100%

- because we would have analysed the opposition to death and built a game plan around neutralising them and winning the match

Now - all I see is 10 players running about without a fucking clue and a manager who blames everything except himself.

The problems been clear for ages Last half of season we were pretty poor at times but sorta not so clear as other teams were worse and we stayed top.Pre season was 'oh it's only pre season'..no it wasn't.

Needs to stop being stubborn/annoying by playing players who week in are the cause of some of our problems.If they don't perform don't play should be simple yet isn't.Given our current position you'd thought they would've gone for it.we could've gone top half with a win yet little fight 2nd half and looked like didn't have a clue

Lets be honest we are a basket case of a club in some respects. Does anyone really think Mourinho will be around for long history dictates he won't. The die was cast as soon as Roman came to the club. There will always be a revolving door of managers and everyone has to accept that. fair enough on defender but he did not ask for a CM.

he asked for POGBA, the most sought after entity in football now a days. there were CMs like vidal/moutinho/schneiderlien/bastian who would have suited us and made us a much much balanced team.

also, did he ask for a RB? he sold luis and bertrand to play azpi. he bought a 21 mil baba who now he deems to be somehow even a worse option than the worst player in the PL currently.

we still have options in the CM department who are far better than cesc defensively and in most aspects of football except for quarter backish long passes like rambo and RLC, how many PL games have those 2 started in the mid?

I want Chelsea to be a pressing team that plays with intensity.

Not possession, not Tiki-taka, just basic pressing and intensity.

We have to develop an identity for our team so that the players instinctively play that way when the match isn't easy. Teams like Bayern and Barcelona hold unto the ball when they're having a tough time because they instinctively play to their training pattern. We on the other hand look like a team that once the game tactics don't work, every player starts playing what he feels like is right without any cohesion.

Mourinho just has to get us playing one pattern so that we get used to it, so that even if he doesn't give any match tactics, we won't look so confused and can fall back on our identity.

The problem with us atm is we have to many pussy's on the team that get pushed off the ball way to much. i mean Matic atm is one of the worst for this and he is meant to be our rock in the middle. Back when we have Duff, Robben and Cole out wide they could hold their own. Now with one little brush Hazard, Willian and co just go down or lose the ball. In the middle we used to have Essien, Lampard, Ballack and even little maka that used to boss people about. We have also lost our ruthlessness and going for the kill, it just seems like jose is happy to send them out and ease into the game and maybe nick a goal

I will always love what Jose has done for this club in both spells but i feel that this may be the last season with him as the boss.

I can see us going for Klopp in the summer.
