Blue_Fox_ 2,086
In the past some managers had piss poor starts, but they could redeem themselves and in the end, their position wasn't that poor. The league is competitive and after the glorious crowning some guys decreased rapidly, but they can fuck back!Football is a special business, a few months ago we won the league, now some fans are so nervous, they would like to pull the plug after ~2 months, that really amazes me, but i have to live with that, for me that's short term and limited vision, but who am i to make such claims... totally agree! Styles 9,790
Nahh. PSG, Juve, Inter.Let's say Mourinho gets the sack. City would go for him in the summer, I'm sure. Pellegrini isn't staying there for 10 years.Utd would go for him if he's available after Van Gaal retires or if he gets sacked.Perez still loves him although I don't think Real and Mourinho is a good fit. But they've ran out of manager options. Benitez had a decent spell at Napoli that ended very poorly and he still got the job.Mourinho has excellent timing. He usually steps in at the right time, with actual possiblities of winning. He won't go back to Italy. I remember he said he hated his time there; he loved Inter but hated the culture of football. Popular Post! lionsden 4,689 Posted September 26, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted September 26, 2015 I used to believe this is most people wanted for the club. But the cult of Mourinho is too strong. Look at the Eva thread. You have people in there insulting her for doing her job and thanking people on social media, calling her 'just a doctor' etc trying to justify Mourinho's behaviour and why we shouldn't care.Honestly, I'm just sick and tired of the football. I HATE the way we play. It is genuinely shit. What really does baffle me the most is the lack of change in every aspect. It's like Mourinho and his staffs just spend hours analyzing our matches and at the end they all reach the same conclusion "Everything looks fine, no need to change anything. If it ain't broke, don't fix it" "Ivanovic, fabregas it is" "The same unimaginative football it is"Some weeks I'm convinced they (jose and his staffs) just sit on their asses doing nothing and other weeks I'm inclined to believe they genuinely have no clue on how to stop the bad performances and get us playing decent football. laura90, Muzchap, Hybrid Angel and 7 others

Iggy Doonican 4,187
Everyone in the world, may dislike Mourinho's antics but Arsenal, Liverpool, United, City fans would take Mourinho in a heartbeat. Other team fans may dislike Mourinho as someone working for Chelsea, their rivals, but everyone in the world knows Mourinho is the best manager in the world. You don't seem too knowledgeable about football. There's no way that Gooners or Scousers would accept Mourinho. He's not looking like the best manager in the world at the moment is he. He's under severe pressure and Porto could be a pivotal game. zolayes
blues.bridge 343
I can not wait that jose is fired, today we don't have lose for luck, very very luck.No one storyline in the game, we have scored twice: first for a big shoot, second is been random! nadavTKL 1,787
there is more than one?I mean, what does it mean that a manager is not suited for a certain club? does Chelsea have a certain style that it needs to protect? DYC. 7,542
He won't go back to Italy. I remember he said he hated his time there; he loved Inter but hated the culture of football. He also said he'd return one day. But whatever.Anyone looking for some quick succes will be interested. Give him a good squad and he'll deliver a few titles. You can't say that about all managers.
xPetrCechx 13,598
‘Maybe one the reasons why Newcastle over the years don’t get good positions is because of this mentality. They choose some matches to sweat blood and in other matches they don’t. This is an attitude of a team that wins nothing.Destroyed Newcastle.... lol! DYC. 7,542
I mean, what does it mean that a manager is not suited for a certain club? does Chelsea have a certain style that it needs to protect?Klopp has been with two clubs in his career and he received the time and worked in an environment to build. Question is how he'll cope in a situation where there's pressure to deliver immediately.I remember him cracking and not reacting well (whether on the pitch or to the press) when the the pressure was piling up in his final years at Dortmund, when they were no longer underdogs. It's possible he's not built for such environments. Only way to find out is by diving in and trying though. I wouldn't mind Klopp as Mourinho's successor at all, especially since we'd see style of football never witnessed before in Chelsea's elite club era, but it's far, far from a guaranteed recipe for succes, even in theory. xPetrCechx 13,598
And I thought the Everton game is the worst game I've seen. Well maybe it still is.However if it weren't for Willian and Ramires, today would have been an icing on the fantastic shit cake Chelsea made so far this season. And the best part? We may get even MORE icing from after the next game! How can we have almost ZERO creativity from Oscar, Hazard, Fabregas and Pedro is beyond me.Mourinho's Magic... BlueLyon 9,359
Ok I always support him, I like him but we are losing 2:0 and the camera shows him all smilling sarcasticly when we are not given throw in. I mean what is funny here? What the fuck is so funy here? Its all fun and smiles when you do that in third game, but not in 7th against fucking newcastle. Thats not funny anymore, just sad. Thanks we got a draw, but still. The performance was poor. Cesc was shit as was Iva, but those two are probably two players that Mou will not bench in million years. I mean is it this hard to see who plays bad and who not?Ending was good, I didnt expect we will get back but we did thanks to a big luck and Ramires. But thats that. Half of our team are bottlers and that has to change.

DYC. 7,542
I personally will never succumb to this best manager argument, even if Mou is the best manager it doesn't mean he is the best manager for Chelsea. The correct thinking is what manager is best fit for Chelsea, not which manager accomplished the most.Barca won a treble with Luis Enrique, not a good manager for Roma. But great manager for Barca because of his personality and understanding of Barcelona. No question it is a better approach, a Ferrari is an amazing car. But it doesn't mean it is the best car if you need it for a long commute to workCompletely agree with this. It's about suitability for me.And you need a bit of luck. Suarez almost turned Brendan Rodgers into the best manager in the league. That Liverpool wasn't fit to win the league yet they were painfully close. Juve's downfall might win Mancini the league. killer1257, Laylabelle, Clockwork and 1 other

Muzchap 8,966
Just don't see another outcome nowMou's stubbornness will get him sacked and rightly so.I wouldn't mind losing a few more if RLC and Kennedy and Baba and Dildo were starting and their inexperience cost us points - because they would be progressing and learning But picking the same old 11 that doesn't work is just ridiculous. We have some amazing Academy players - chuck them in for a few games - what have we got to lose at this point?- Most hated club - check - Laughing stock of the PL - check You find out the true Nature of a person not when things are going well, but when they are going bad. I get Mou's loyalty to the players - but his loyalty is misplaced - they are not deserving. Only an idiot gives loyalty to an undeserving person(s)I've said it before and I will say it again - please let's see some changes in the next match (Premier League)Yes - I don't want to rush RLC but he can do a job for 70 mins Kenedy can also play for 90, same with Baba.We just have woeful balance this season. killer1257, didierforever and Heisenberg
