Never mind winning the title, even trying to finish in the top 4 might be a difficult task now. If we still continue to perform poorly, get bad results say by this time next month or in November, then I think Roman might start to get a itchy and tempted to pull the trigger.

Emery, Klopp, Rudi Garcia, Ancelotti do fit some, if not all of these criteria and are either available or realistic targets. The obvious names like Simeone and Pep are not so realistic (atleast for now)

The league is competitive and after the glorious crowning some guys decreased rapidly, but they can fuck back!

Those wanting Klopp in, are being very contradictory here. We are wanting the best manager in the world out because of inconsistency but we are wanting another inconsistent manager to take over? Shit makes no sense.

I personally will never succumb to this best manager argument, even if Mou is the best manager it doesn't mean he is the best manager for Chelsea. The correct thinking is what manager is best fit for Chelsea, not which manager accomplished the most.

Barca won a treble with Luis Enrique, not a good manager for Roma. But great manager for Barca because of his personality and understanding of Barcelona.

No question it is a better approach, a Ferrari is an amazing car. But it doesn't mean it is the best car if you need it for a long commute to work

This club needs a progressive manager. one that takes pride in the presentation and performance of his team aswell as result, One that is proactive i.e identifies tactical and technical issues and nips them in the bud, One that reacts and responds well tactically during the game, one that isn't afraid to play youngsters and reward good performances accordingly, one that shows no favoritism and is only worried about the overall progression of the team. A good personality that will help put a the negative image associated with the club is a bonus .

Any manager that fits some or all of these criteria is most welcome. personally i'm done with Mourinho. He's taken us as far as he can.

Those expecting that sacking the manager will bring about a revival in our fortunes just like seasons past, better think twice.

There is a serious lack of leadership on the pitch at this point, and is one of the main reasons why our team performed in a differently in the two halves of today's game.

Lampard, Cole, left,followed by Drogba, Cech, and the only other leader remaining in the squad doesn't have a secure spot in the starting 11.

Its not like 2012, when the squad could pretty much take care of itself regardless of who was managing it.

Let's say Mourinho gets the sack. City would go for him in the summer, I'm sure. Pellegrini isn't staying there for 10 years.

Utd would go for him if he's available after Van Gaal retires or if he gets sacked.

Perez still loves him although I don't think Real and Mourinho is a good fit. But they've ran out of manager options. Benitez had a decent spell at Napoli that ended very poorly and he still got the job.

Mourinho has excellent timing. He usually steps in at the right time, with actual possiblities of winning.

What really does baffle me the most is the lack of change in every aspect. It's like Mourinho and his staffs just spend hours analyzing our matches and at the end they all reach the same conclusion "Everything looks fine, no need to change anything. If it ain't broke, don't fix it" "Ivanovic, fabregas it is" "The same unimaginative football it is"

Some weeks I'm convinced they (jose and his staffs) just sit on their asses doing nothing and other weeks I'm inclined to believe they genuinely have no clue on how to stop the bad performances and get us playing decent football.
