Blue Armour 4,759
We can't do that as we would lose one of Oscar and Willian, and both are really important in this crucial times, the first has been the rare spark and the only player who we can't criticize much since the start of the season, and Willian still gives so much energy to the team. The solution is clear and simple, drop Fabregas, I don't care about his creativity, Ruben, Oscar, Willian and Hazard can provide that in abundance, our problems rely in conceding and struggling in possession, thus not creating chances, it's not like we have a lot of the ball, control the match but can't create chances ( which was the case in 2013-2014, and that why we brought Cesc which proved to be successful at that time ).We need a solid midfield now. BegovicZouma-Cahill-Terry-AzpilicuetaMatic(Mikel)RLC(Ramires)-Oscar(Cesc)Willian-Costa-Hazard This is our best formation atm.By the way, it was an absolutely stupid mistake to send Van Ginkel on loan, he is solid and a great tackler, he would have been starting games now, and we knew we were light in midfieldExactly, I find it more likely for Zouma to displace Ivanovic than Baba and for good reason.I think many people overlook the fact that the main reason Azpilicueta is preferred on the left hand side, is because of Hazard. You need someone who can provide the defensive cover that Cesar provides, so that Hazard has a free reign. Plus he has a superior understanding with Hazard, compared to our other full backs. 11Drogba 2,000
Compare to some clubs, they aren't really trigger happy.I think you don't know much about the Agnelli family. They don't hesitate pulling the trigger at all as you see in the link I posted. From http://www.theguardian.com/football/2001/jun/18/europeanfootball.sportSecond place is definitely not good enough for Juventus. Sometimes first place doesn't even cut it.Juve announced that they had sacked Carlo Ancelotti at half-time during their 2-1 win over Atalanta on Sunday. Never mind that he had recently signed a two-year extension to his contract. Never mind that it was their 11th game without defeat. They are as ruthless as any other rich owner you mentioned. The difference is that they understand football better than our board. I think Klopp will have trouble now as he has to work with the Liverpool board who seem clueless compared to the people he used to work with. You compared Allegri's record to Conte's, but last year they did not just change their manager they also transferred a striker who steps up in important games. That's why I mentioned Morata. I already wrote that I agree Conte should have done better with the squad he had.
Popular Post! xPetrCechx 13,598 Posted October 11, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 11, 2015 Koeman on Jose: Chelsea prefer to defend when attacking is also an option.Mourinho always chooses to defend. Even if his team goes 1-0 up, they would rather defend their lead than try to score more goals.Yet Arsenal can kill an opponent. That is why their victory against Manchester United was so impressive.Attacking-wise, they completely destroyed United. For 20 minutes, they played the most fantastic football, while Chelsea do the opposite thing.By defending, Chelsea give their opponent a chance to come back in the game. It was a shame that Mourinho was putting attention on the referee after we beat them.He wanted to have a penalty in the first half. But, in the first half at Stamford Bridge, Southampton should have had two penalties. quickpassnmove, Heisenberg, Barbara and 4 others
xPetrCechx 13,598
Chelsea are considering Diego Simeone as a replacement for Jose Mourinho but will have to pay £15m to get the Atletico Madrid boss out of his contract in Spain. (Sunday Mirror) Mourinho will be backed by Chelsea with transfer funds in January, and will make a £36m move for Everton defender John Stones. Popular Post! BleedsBlue 1,549 Posted October 11, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 11, 2015 LOL the media just wants to try to unsettle Jose by making up these Simeone rumours. Our manager has been backed by the owner so there is no need to worry. However, with this kind of support, Jose must plan and implement a new strategy. Persisting with his old plans and hoping that it'll work will not change things around anymore. Enough time has been given to experiment this and now he must show everyone why he truly is one of the greatest managers in football history.Come on Jose!! supporter 3,088
If (for some people) Jose is boring, Simeone is super boring.Believe me, Atletico de Madrid is my team in Spain and Simeone is an extra defensive manager. Perfect for a small team like Atletico de Madrid (small if is compared with Real Madrid or Barcelona), but IMO Simeone would not make us better. borriske, kellzfresh, quickpassnmove and 1 other

Simeone is like Jose. If he came to Chelsea I am sure he will continue to use players like Iva, JT or Fabregas.Mourinho and Simeone have the same characteristics. The only difference between them is that Jose is important for us and Simeone is important for Atletico Madrid. But both love the "Old School".
