I dont understand why he plays Iva when there is Baba. I dont understand why he didnt play Remy once this season. I dont understand how the WHOLE team is underperforming.

These are all Mou faults and he needs to fix them. If there is a player or two or three playing bad, they are in bad form, if whole team is playing bad, its fault of manager because he cant motivate players.

One thing I also dont understand is why he keeps with such stupid after match answers like ''we deserved better, they were lucky, blah blah''. We suck and thats it.

He needs to put it together, certainly should not be sacked but if things dont change until may, thats it.

We havent shown the smallest sign of improvement since october 2014. Our attack has no connection, even our defense is absolute shit right now, despite Mou knows how to make his team good in defense. Actualy we play worst football and results in years, despite having such team, with players in prime or getting there.

Take a look at BVB what a change of manager can bring, I hope Mou solves this, but he is on thin ice. Its not bad luck or good game with no results. Its just shit performance after shit performance.

Mou says that we're unlucky, wait what ? That thing just starred me in the face. Wasn't he the last person ever who would blame luck ? Over the years he said that he doesn't believe in luck in football just 'unpredictability' of the game which he wants diminish to minimum by preparing team the best way for everything. That's his managerial blueprint. Something is going wrong here when he is more emotional (talking about things like luck, picking underperforming 'his' champions) and less pragmatic.

Problem is, even if we sack him, he FUCKED our squad too much.

He sold Mata,KDB,Luiz,Luis,Schurrle and Cech. Our squad is too fucked up and he is the only reason. Selling those players because they didn't fit his philosophy was reasonable when he sold them but now when we have a larger picture to look at it just looks dumb. We could use all of these players now because most of our starting XI is out of form but we have no choice. Drop Hazard for Moses? Cesc for Mikel ? Our squad is buttfucked. The next manager that'll come in will have a lot of work to do.

Some of them didn't fit the plan, as much as people love Mata, we had huge issues playing with him, just like we have huge issues in our midfield right now.

The KdB saga have been well reported throughout the whole thing and even Wolfsburg manager - when Kevin was at his best in the club - said that Kevin is the kind of player that works well when things work the way he wants them to work, when he's got the power. Sorry, I don't want a player like that in my team, even if he's Messi or Ronaldo.

Or will they say that when the rest is so bad there's nothing they can do? If I were to mention their individual mistakes in just five matches this post would be much longer. Yes, Cesc had a bad patch, but wasn't the 'I told so' party convinced it was because he can't perform in second halves of seasons? When some people pointed other things around they came barking this half-arsed excused as if it was gospel. Well, why aren't they saying it now? The overreaction is still overboard by how far some people are taking this. And if by losing the football elite badge would mean losing some sort of fans, I'm all for it and I'll embrace it with all my heart. With quantity there's always a drop in quality, so I wouldn't mind that at all.

Jose is making a lot of mistakes, he still has my support and it's his mess to fix. If he notices he can't fix it, he should be the one to step down. The players are so poor right now, that's almost second hand embarrassment, it's also their mess to fix and if they can't find it within themselves the right motivation to play and defend this shirt as they should (and as they have been doing) they can also write down their transfer request. All of them will go away at some point, but Chelsea will stay, even if it's not at the top and while I won't be too happy about it, I won't love the club any less. But I don't believe what's happening right now jeopardizes what we've accomplished at all. We may take a setback, but we'll be at the top again soon after it, if it even happens in the first place. So, the overreaction is really unnecessary. It has happened with the biggest historical teams in the world, what made people believe we were to be immune to that? Hopefully we will win on Wednesday and I think we will beat Arsenal purely due to the mental block they have when facing us, Walsall we should win and Newcastle will be tough but law of averages owe us one up there.

If we can win these four which is defiantly doable then at least some form of order will be restored.
