He constantly changes formations for no apparent reasons, he loves possession even when they look predictable and he experiments with the team far too much... Klopp is the real deal, he's got a great personality, brilliant fast-attacking philosophy and is very, very Loyal SS 93, kellzfresh, The Skipper and 5 others

Jase 43,479
Simeone or Klopp?Think if we were to replace Mourinho with Simeone, there wouldn't be much difference. Those two are so similar in their coaching style and character that is not even funny.

Mourinho is still a pragmatic and conservative fella whichever way you look at it.And isn't it more accurate to say that Dortmund are playing Mourinho's type of football considering Klopp only established it there a few years ago? Haha well, we haven't fully established our style yet but it's definitely fully taking shape this season, hence why I said it that way around. If anything, he's just tweaking a bit here and there from his usual counter attacking approach.

Doubt it very much. Was speaking from that view point. Jase

That Everton game was bad enough! The Skipper and darrus

With Jose as manager it'll definitely be a more balanced version though, but naturally we'll see a lot more high scoring games than last season because of the profile of the squad now after some great attacking additions. The Chels 2,502
Simeone or Klopp? As good as Klopp is, I think Simeone is the type of manager players are willing to die for so I'd say him. Then again I don't think he speaks English so his motivational abilities would probably be quite limited here lol iseah100

You can see that he has a very strong relationship with his players as well. It's just that he galvanizes them in a slightly different way compared to Simeone. Popular Post! AndersonBLUE 819 Posted September 4, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted September 4, 2014 Not really relevant in this thread but just wanted to voice that I love how all the media attention is on united, and somehow Mourinho and the club are out of the limelight, despite being top and looking great. Hope we quietly do the business this year and United continue to get mugged off. stroey, The only place to be, Barbara and 3 others
Cholo 428
I just cannot stress it often enough: even if we win nothing this season again (!), Roman mustn't pull the trigger. Mourinho must stay at all costs, an evolution is visible. Wenger can't identify and fix weaknesses of his Team in 100 years, Mourinho did in one transfer periodAnd quite honestly: If Mourinho left, a big part of my passion for Chelsea would die. kellzfresh, HD3D, Chelsea Legend 11 and 1 other
