The disgusting showings of his nauseating pride are subtle, yet ostentatious. Azpi at LB is so last year, he sacrificed two world class LBs in Cole and Filipe and the majority didn't bat an eye. What always sickened me was how much many Chelsea fans were loyal to his irrational ''innovative'' methods. Cole was hardly world class anymore when he left us. Felipe is a different situation, I agree, that could have been handeled better. But why do you assume Mourinho has total control over transfers? Many people don't take into account players' personal preference, maybe he wanted to move back to Spain? Luiz himself said he wanted to leave long ago, Schürrle transfer was predictable, KdB wanted a transfer himself, just recently there was a report that it was infact Mourinho who asked the board NOT to sell Kevin. Getting the money we got for Mata nothing short of brilliant business. The times where players have to stay in a club for a decade to be regarded as a good business or good transfer, are over. Players move more freely and more frequently, mostly because of agents, its money, its business, nothing personal. Don't read into the medias' theories, they make up stories based on little evidence and people buy into it too easily, it's propaganda, it's a campaign. As hard as it is to believe, we've got bigger issued to solve than Mournho's pressers. I'll go as far to say that if Eva was a male doctor, there wouldn't have been nearly as big issue from medias side as it is now, dragged on for ages. People have developed some weird emotional connection to Eva as if she was the only doctor we had, she was just a screw in a big machine. It's a pseudo problem.

Our problem is that our squad lacks leaders, genuine characters. We lost Cech, Drogba, so we only have Terry left. Our problem is underperforming players. Our problem is needless and one sided media campaign against us, we're an easy target. Our problem is Mourinho's stubborness. It's a combination of all of these, not just Mourinho. Look at the bigger picture. To think sacking Mourinho will get us to play Barcelona-esque football is a naive, short term thinking, navy blue illusion. Been there, done that, let's try differently.

Who respects players and treats them all equally instead of having a different set of rules for someone like cesc and a different set of rules forothers.

Mourinho shouldn't be given even an extra day after Monday, let alone an extra two weeks. He's done everything to damage this club on and off the pitch. His behaviour yesterday leaving his team out there to dry in that 2nd half was terrible. He has been extremely unprofessional. Which other manager in the club's history behaves like this guy? Which other manager in Europe of that pedigree behaves like Mourinho? Some of his supporters, and I'm not addressing the level headed ones like Alex for example, but the ones of a more cultish variety. You know, the ones you see all on twitter and shit. And some of the ones I've met personally. This is for you.

Sir Alex. A manager Mourinho looks up to. That man got rightly criticized for some of his actions, but never behaved like Mourinho has done this season or most other seasons in his career. You see, Ferguson put his club before his own ego. Maintaining the prestige of the club he represented was foremost to him. He respected the institution that was Manchester United. At worst, Ferguson was a ruthless dictator, but he loved his club. Mourinho on the other hand, puts his ego before his club. He could give a damn about maintaining the prestige of his club(s). He does not respect the institution that is Chelsea and you can tell so by his actions. It's funny how he likes to speak of himself in 1st person; The way he spends more time reminding himself and journalists of his own personal achievements. This is not a language barrier issue as he also did like-wise in Spain and in Italy. Ferguson won 40+ trophies in his career, but very rarely did he use every opportunity to remind others about it. You see, Mourinho will never be Alex Ferguson. He will never build a dynasty at a football club. He's a quick fix guy, who works most effectively with only certain types of players. His lack of adaptability to coaching a different type of football has been exposed.

I always laughed when he came out with the "one of us" line" . It was a clever way at tugging at the heart strings of some of his fans but for some of us, it was easy to see right through it because I've seen it all before with this guy. Actions speak louder than words. I've said it before, Mourinho and his team have always been very good at marketing his image.

Initially I feel for the allure, I to was once a big fan, until I grew up. Mourinho is a self-centered narcissist with a tremendous ego that oversteps the bounds of what one can ever expect from a football manager. He does have some good traits, but for the most part, the negative traits go hand in hand with his coaching. I really do believe he suffers from a narcissistic personality disorder. I hope the way he behaves is really just a mock act for the football and doesn't translate to his personal life, but it's almost so convincing not to. Anyone, and I don't care your line of profession. Anyone who can humiliate a respected club doctor in such a fashion and cause said doctor to resign over nothing more than a power trip must be cold.

It pains me to use such harsh words about a manager who has had great success at the football club. (Thanks quite a lot to Roman's money of course). It pains me even more that it had to be him. If I could, I'll take it all away and give it to an Ancelotti. A true gentleman and class representative of any club. Or better yet, to Vialli or Di Matteo. Guys who bled on the pitch for us. Guys who were truly one of us.

In previous times he would chuck the toys out of the pram and the players would pick them up, now, the mess is scattered and nobody is doing it.
