I'm not sure if he is serious or not.

Would think that 1 win in whatever amount of PL games its been now at a big club is mainly why he’s getting them questions and people are having doubts.

He had the new manager bounce, a couple decent results and then its gone pretty up and down before now going properly downhill.

Injuries haven't helped but hardly hindered him when he had a lot of them available either, the performances still weren’t quite up to standard/poor.

Boehly and Eghbali will have noticed that #Chelsea’s match going fans have remained supportive of Potter and the players during the bad run of results. (Telegraph)

They were only looking at each other, or where did they notice said support?

Supportive? They were chanting for Thomas Tuchel, Christ Almighty. City barely got out of 3rd gear and they fucking pasted us. Get him out now

Thing is under normal circumstances I think based on our run under Tuchel he'd been sacked had Roman been in charge..but would he have hired Potter?

So silly..he was flying with Brighton he made a huge error coming here. We're a mess and will be for ages but having a manager who is a bit unsure doesn't help

Ideal scenario would've been - hold on to Tuchel at least till end of season. Allow Potter to grow with his Brighton team. And maybe consider him after he has consistently demonstrated his ability managing a team in the top 8.

We got rid of Tuchel too quickly. And we've thrown Potter under the bus.

I hope Todd Boehly & co are on their fucking hands and knees begging TT to come back next season. I really really do. Absolutely fucking criminal.

If we dont get 6/6 points from Fulham and Palace prior to Liverpool coming up then 100% he MUST go (although he should already be going for being significantly out of his depth).

Even at the start of the season with Tuchel where we struggled and at times in the previous season, there was much more fight in the squad.

The thing is, we may as well start asking the question, who are we going to appoint next? Poch? Zidane? Tuchel? Someone else? Cause lets be honest it wont be long at this rate.

I still question the logic over this appointment. Yes he was doing well with Brighton but to come from that to a struggling team and expect him to pull of some miracle was very short sighted. Maybe cause he was English? Or just someone he had heard of who knows it just seems so silly!

TT is not coming back and everyone with right mind was crying to hold on to him no matter what, because there isn't really any other option available, just like with a striker. To add insult to injury, Boehly not only sacks TT, but hires Potter. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Boehly claimed he has some magic statistical analysis pointing towards Potter being a genius. Like having chances yet still finishing 16th would be some strong argument for managing elite team, that is half underwater and half on fire.

Rehiring Tuchel absolutely isn't the answer. The football from him towards the end was nearly as bad and negative as currently.(Albeit slightly better). If anything TT returning would be a step sideways rather than forwards.

We need a motivator, someone that can command respect and get the most out of the players. Unfortunately, these type of managers are very few and far between currently.

Honestly, I don't know who the answer is, I just know it isn't TT or Potter.

A lot of issues were contributing towards it, from him being worked out by opposition, to all the problems with club's structure and sketchy presence of Lukkaku in this story. Also he supposedly fell apart with part of dressing room, and people were calling to sack him due to this, too bad it was the same part of dressing room, that people want gone on every occasion.

TT was sacked in the middle of a phase, when he had to come up with some new idea to bounce back, yet it felt like he pretty much used the potential that was in here and could really make a step up with new, SMART signings. We weren't suffering as bad as we do now and contrary to what some say, we were worrying about sealing top4, not giving it up from the get go and worrying about making it to top 10, it's not the same.

We will never know, he isn't coming back, but sacking him had huge mistake written all over it. If people say Potter deserves time, TT deserved it 10 times more.

They keep saying give English managers a chance at a top job this is the result he will be out by Easter and if he's not careful Boehly will have a Glazers situation on his hands not outright hatred but songs will be song they started today and he's not one of us like Roman was.
