No leadership or experience in the dressing room. That's the issue.
If Tosin, Sanchez, Cucu are your most experienced, its pretty obvious why these players decide to turn up when they feel like it.
Maresca kept them in check and earnt their respect through that conference league and CWC run.
The last time we won the league, this was our core group: Courtois - Azpi - Cahill - Luiz - Moses - Alonso - Kante - Matic - Hazard - Costa.
Compare that to today's group, we have no GK, no proper CB other than Colwill and our attack definitely lacks the quality of Hazard & Costa.
