I just wish our fans don't behave like Arsenal fans when it comes to criticising a manager. Remember when Wenger was managing them? Some fans were blindly supporting him while he was horrible at the latter part of his career.

Use your logic instead of bias because you loved Lamps as a Chelsea player.

Nobody is being coached at all from the looks of it. Just individual quality getting us goals, and individuals getting exposed with no organization and lack of quality. Its not mistakes if it keeps happening. Stevie Wonder could have saw we were wide open every time they attacked in the first half, and we didnt change anything.

It's obvious that we don't exactly have a structure to how we play, be it offensively or defensively. You only have to look, for example, how we try to play out from the back under Lampard and under Sarri.

My eyes are bleeding here, we've just signed three of the best attacking players in the game at what they do, an attacking fullback and you want to appoint defensive managers like Simeone and Pochettino soon after 

If you want Lampard out atleast suggest a manager who will actually suit the players will have, Simeone with Havertz especially will make Mou/KDB look like a match made in heaven.

Tried to stay away from this thread but don't think Frank is ready at all for a real trophy challenging Chelsea squad. He still has a lot to learn and is so naïve with a lot of his in game management decisions, and he doesn't seem to be learning quickly enough. It's not surprising, this is only his third year in management. 

The question is, do we persist, allow him to grow? I'm still not seeing the blueprint in our game. I know we haven't had a lot of time this season but what philosophy, what system is SFL trying to implement? I'm not seeing promising signs just yet. 

Wish he had some more time at clubs that aren't exactly challenging straight away, so that he could hone his actual philosophy. 

He has a lot of talent at his disposal now, some managers would kill for it. He seems to be consistently getting outcoached by a lot of PL managers with less resources than him though. 

The questions is - do we give him that time to hone his tactical outlook (how do we even know this will be worth it?)

I doubt Poch would do that mate, coming to Chels is another ball game compared to spurs. Overall I think Poch would do good with us, I will give Lamps till december, any of this shit keep repeating along with his in-game management and he is gone for sure.

Yes, I, would go for Poch too, if Lampard does not get it right with Mendy and Silva.
But I expect that we will improve when Mendy and Silva will play more regularly.

Poch played Alli all the time as a LW, even though he is even worse at LW than AM. Lucas, who was in the form of his life, just was a sub for him,even though Lucas was the reason Poch reached CL final

No manager is perfect, im just tired of the same BS every game, no improvement, shape all fucked, midfield a gaping hole, organization what is that and on and on it goes. All valid reasons but I will still give him till christmas. FL sure as fuck should know its getting too close for comfort.

Pochettino's first season he conceded one less goal than us last season. Also the second season they didn't win in their first 5 games (which included cocking up a 2 goal lead to Stoke at home) and narrowly won their 6th due to a late winner vs Sunderland.

And on this occasion, he didn't have a previous blueprint of success which according to some is the be all and end all when a manager is struggling a bit.

what people dont realize is that this is not a regular season. its a super condensed corona season. Margins in games will be much narrower, there will be more upsets. This is PL not bundesliga. a lot of lower level teams have fewer games and massiv energy advantages. Every game we will play this season has the chance to being right on the edge. there will be spells were you get dominated. Man City got dominated last matchday. Liverpool got thrashed by villa an dheld today. When you gift you opponent 3 goals you tactics can be the best you are not gonna win.
