Video of Sky Sport's analysis of last night's game if you wanna relive the build up etc

I am very happy to say Mourinho proved all of my 'negative' criticism wrong last night. But the question now is, why didn't we see this earlier in the season?

Do u guys believe Mou on the whole "little horse" thing or do u think he's just playing mind games ?

IMO he's being honest about it. He knows we have a chance but he still favores City or Arsenal to win it and his main ambition is to prepare the team to winning the title next season.

as long as City keeps banging 5 goals a game they are the big horse and we are the little horse...so he's right to favour them and keep us as underdogs.

the author tried to make it look as though we were 'reactive' last night, he went on and on about how the 'old' Mourinho is back after the Sunderland league cup defeat and that its 'OK' and people should appreciate his tactics... a very misleading article to what Jose is really trying to do, IMO

José Mourinho and Chelsea's remarkable tactical transformation

I thought the same .... He confuses constant pressing, going up in numbers and be dominant, falling back when not in possession and hitting them hard on the counter with 'reactive'. Quite wrong tbh ....

If anything, it is called being 'agentic' which I very much prefer as a term.

JOSE MOURINHO will break the bank to solve Chelsea’s striker crisis.

Diego Costa, Edinson Cavani and Mario Mandzukic are the only three names on his wishlist

Isn't that guy full of sh*t ?

He's being honest, but not because he doesn't think Chelsea has a chance this season, in my opinion.

I think he's assuming that position in self-defense. Let's not forget Chelsea is a sacking club with very little tolerance for failure. If Mourinho claims we're in for the title race this season (knowing it will be very difficult) and in the end we fail, then the pressure will be on. The media will be all over it too. Can you imagine the summer headlines? "Is Mourinho getting sacked after falling short in the title race?" or "Will Abramovich give Mourinho another chance after a season without silverware?" .

To prevent this, he chooses to warn everyone beforehand, including the Chelsea board, that Chelsea is not yet ready and it's very likely we won't win anything at the end of this season. But I'm sure he knows we have a chance.
