Reddish-Blue 2,701
We are literally running out of managers to hire, and the same scenario continues again and again and again. It's not even about stability anymore, it's about changing the course. Players are getting paid to play football, getting hundreds of thousands of pounds a week, more than real, hard-working people, earn in years and years, so I'm sorry too if I don't buy into "motivation" bullshit. This period was bound to happen when we change managers, pholosophies like socks. We've accumulated a graveyard of players. Sure not every decision made by the CLUB regarding players has been the best but you've got to understand that Mourinho doesn't make these decisions on his own, he can only give his thoughts and wishes, rest is for lawyers and management to discuss. It's clear as daylight that Mourinho didn't plan to start this season with this squad.More excuses for Mourinho. You make do with the squad you have at your disposal...and let's be honest, this squad is good enough to be A) playing decent attacking football and B ) higher than 15th on the table after 11 games bethos1, The Mak, Simon1991 and 1 other
Belgiannutt 3,201
no manager will sort this mess out without spending big on new players, Jose is the man i want in charge to get rid of the dead wood and bring in some top quality players! He's had over 2 years to get rid of the dead wood and in those 2 years we've spent over 322 million euros on players. couris

José Mourinho one of us ! Players are deceiving, manager is awful, the board has been absolutely inconsistant for over 3 or 4 years now ! Don't care, support them all ! You talk like that and I'm sure you have been a Chelsea fan for around 2 years. How can you be calm and happy at a moment like this?

kobematabryant 400
There's something fundamentally wrong at Chelsea FC. It goes far far beyong the manager's role. Our entire back 4 needs to be replaced for starters. I am starting to lose faith now. If Mourinho can't get us to win, I honestly know who will. It's becoming increasingly worrying every week. kdot

Exactly... I think it's naïve to think that simply sacking Mourinho will solve all our problems. Teams don't just go from unstoppable to garbage this quickly. Did Di Matteo really turn it around? We finished 6th and not to sound disrespectful, but winning Champions League was a combination of pure luck and certain players stepping up. We gift the opponent chances by dropping deep. Jose only trains the players to take the game in a defensive approach and that doesn't allow us goals. He is very stubborn, has his favourites and blames everyone but himself. He puts players in a wrong position. He doesn't give players from youth chances even if the senior player is worse.I love Jose but these are a lot of problems my friend. If we get rid of these problems then we can become a force. We also need to buy an AM, LB, CM and a CB.

It's clear as daylight that Mourinho didn't plan to start this season with this squad.I'm not saying sack him, I am simply referring to your excuse of 'deadwood' does simply not hold ground due to the amount influence he has had over the squad. With the amount we have spent we should be nearing City's level of quality in midfield at least but it is nowhere near it.These graveyard player you refer to, I'm assuming are the same one's José put his faith in while ostracising Mata, KDB, Luis etc.? Give me a break. If I were the board I would be hesitant about giving him anymore money to flitter away on the likes of Salah, Cuadrado, etc as well.Honestly, I wouldn't let Jose touch rebuilding the squad with a barge pole after what he has done to the squad. His first port of call in 2013 was to gut the squad of all creativity for christ sake. We would play even worse football than we do now. Amblève. and Peace.
Stats 7,230
yeah because Hazard didnt win POTY last season under Mourinho's tactics right? That is one season. Long term as he has been known for, his ideas go blank. If that was the case, no managers should get sacked. Mourinho's tactics helped us one season. Long term it is has not been. Been proven at other clubs and been proving at us once again. When one player is getting bad that is one thing but then virtually the whole team is, the manager is a big part of that problem. Popular Post! Essien19 1,415 Posted October 31, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 31, 2015 Jose Mourinho dismisses the idea that he thinks this was his last game. #CFCJose: 'I have some players who are really sad in the dressing room. They are not getting the respect they deserve.' #CFCI hope this is true.Maybe we can do it without Jose, but getting back to the top with Jose seems miles better to me.Keep him, as Jose said, it's very sad when some people lose their jobs, but the word schadenfreude doesn't exist without reason.Sad reading it on Chelsea communities, but that's how it is. k33m575, Blue Armour, kdot and 2 others

I've been a fan for over 12 years now, I'm 23 years old, so basically Chelsea is all I ever loved when I started discovering football.I live in Morocco, I have never attended a game at Stamford Bridge, just so you know I don't owe you an explanation, but I prefer this calm and positive answer to keep the good spirits in here, we already have a cloud dark enough looming around the club to start fighting each other. It's just that the picture of the incredible support today is all I want to have in my head for this weekend, these times are incredibly hard for us and I don't think I have ever experienced a feeling this hard on a sustained period of time as a supporter, but my support goes to the board, the players and José who are all fucking up big time. Let's discuss it in good spirit guys, no judging each other's support or whatever. KTBFFH !!
