We all know that José Mourinho's first mission is to introduce step by step Romelu Lukaku, so for me, if Rooney doenst want the Chelsea move, it will accelerate the process and Lukaku will have to play a lot of matches a la Eideur Gudjohnsen/Hernan Crespo.
