We won't know for sure until we see what happens in the next few games. Yes, it can go south but it can also go well. If CHO goes on to do better and prove Tuchel wrong, then what?

I‘m all for player power, it has delivered us more trophies than any other team in London in recent years. Sacking managers has made us more successful than clubs like Arsenal which stuck too long to their manager

The trophy count is impressive but on the flip side, it has left us with a squad that has not been able to develop in any way, like the squad under Mourinho back in 2004. We are looking far away from being able to challenge Man City and maybe even Liverpool consistently for the title and ironically, each of those clubs have a manager that's been there for years. The last time we challenged for the league title was also when we last won it. Since then, our league finish has been 5th, 3rd, 4th. We have gone from title challengers to just top 4 scrapers. And not to mention, we haven't gone past the Champions League Round of 16 since 2014. We may be more successful than Arsenal in recent years in terms of trophies but otherwise, we're becoming like them, becoming what they were known for in the latter years of Wenger's regime - only fighting for the Top 4 and getting knocked out of Champions League Round of 16.

Finally we have a proper manager at Chelsea. I'm still amused to this day we ever appointed Sarri and managed to trust a novice like Lampard, to take on such a big job. Thank fuck we moved on.
