Jesus fucking christ, I still see some fans wanting to give Lampard time, showing City and Pep as an example of working together for years and working on the system and their play...

We go a goal down and fall apart. No urgency to get back into it. They scored within 2 minutes..so bad

Well tbf...despite how horrible his team is now and everything gone to shit, he still deserves credit for securing CL for another year in a season when lot of people wrote us off, after Hazard's depar

Lampard has given up?

He will never give up. That's not in his DNA.

His system didn't work and the players let him down.

If you're gonna trot out those "reasons", then I'd rather you do it from the start as opposed to suddenly trot them out once your initial reasons go out of the window.

There is a reason why I say certain players lack creativity since last season and I have been posting in their threads. But I become a hater when I criticise them for lack of creativity.

We never replaced Cesc, sadly.

But Lampard obviously is at fault picking them every match.

It was a dead rubber, featured a much changed side and the performance was underwhelming but who knew that Krasnodar game at the Bridge was a prelude to the mess we're seeing right now.

Some were saying Lampard was just reaping the benefits of Sarri's work for first few months. Looks like that was actually true
Absolutely he was reaping the results of Sarri's passing blueprint. Who remembers last year, under lampard, when we DOMINATED city at the etihad in the first half. Scored first too. That Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic midfield kept the ball of city well.

Obviously, that trio has its problems. But when we played well last season it was definitely building on Sarri's work. Frank took away the restrained passes and implored the players to go forward which was when we played our best football last year.

As time went on our passing has steadily declined. Sarri was boring but good luck pressing us for the ball- that was our best chance of scoring!

Nobody wanted this, but I said it right at the beginning. If this disaster happens, he brought this on himself. He was FAR from ready to manage a big club like us. I'm pretty sure he knew this. What he did at Derby especially with the defensive tactics was questionable. He actually took those problems he had at Derby here.

He needs to leave Chelsea this week, start again somewhere and ACTUALLY build a portfolio.

He cant be any worse than what Werner showed today.

We lost today. Most of the team have lost fight, passion and are spineless. One player that is Tammy Abraham isn't going to change it.

Oh stop it, he's clueless, constant arms folded.

This is complete shite to watch.
