Shed End is filled with Mourinho fanboys. I chuckle at his biggest fan who repeatedly crows "We are improving" even after losing to the likes of Bournemouth and sitting one point above the relegation zone.

This is also not a member that will add a lot quality to your forum, maybe you should give him a warning for repeatedly using the term ''fanboys'' for defending the club's most successful manager. Actually, he provoked us from the beginning with using ''mourinho fanboys and sycophants '' from the beginning in his first post. Even the older members who are Mourinho critics don't call us like that.

This is an open forum and probably the biggest Chelsea community online, I don't like the atmosphere to be ''the players from other clubs are always better'', ''the ex players are always better'' and ''our manager is a fraud''. That's why I defend them.

You guys always focus negative sides, these players and manager won us the league last season but starting from match day 1 people are already slamming our own players and manager.Willian was still getting stick after the West Brom game (game 3) while he performed whole 2015 year long. Cesc is now being labeled as the biggest villain - he produced 23 assists last season, give him some respect, he's just not playing in the right system. Ivanovic has been a Chelsea great if not legend, don't f*cking insult the man because he is aging. Same thing happened with Drogba last season, people were even insulting our club's legend on here.

Sometimes I seriously wonder, is this even a Chelsea forum? By far the most negative community online, maybe bellion is an added value after all because he fits here perfectly.

About the game:

It was a very bad game, we didn't stand a chance in the first half. No shots on goal and no play whatsoever.

Second half was slightly better, some chances were there for the taking (for example Ivanovic or Remy) but it shouldn't happen.

Maybe Jose Mourinho's time at Chelsea will end within the next hours. Everyone is entitled to have their own opinion about that.

We were that bad, no fuckin' clue. Some people had been sacked for less. I expected a win, how wrong could i be?!

What i can't stand is calling a member of "our" team cunt or worse, lack of respect and manners. But most of the members don't give a fuck.

Some members have fun taking sentences out of context and laughing at a very sad fellow Blue.

Schadenfreude is already on a new level, sky-high i might say, it's a big fun laughing other members down.

Best thing to do is writing an one-liner about how much you want some people out of the club. Put in as much disrespect as you can!

How so? I've actually seen more criticism of the players. Those "Mourinho getting the sack if doesn't beat X" lasted for a month a best and never came from actual reliable sources. They may come up occasionally because the journos need clicks - bottomline is they don't shit of what's going on behind the scenes and that has been proven countless times.

When is the notion that everything he does/says is some part of a masterplan and a deep mindgame going to end? Yesterday he looked absolutely hopeless. Looked like a lost man. People have to accept his time here is over.

4 wins and 9 losses in 16 games is beyond unnaceptable. It's a joke with the talent we have at our disposal. People say the players show no desire... What I see is 11 guys on the pitch who look about as lost as their manager. With the way we're playing it's pretty much expected that the fans are going to be unhappy with him.

If last year we could say that the team was a reflection of Mourinho - gritty, grinding, defensively solid, clutch - why can't we say they look lost, uninspired, desperate like he does?

When are the ones who defend him going to look over how much they like him and admit he isn't as good as he once was? The game has caught up to him and he hasn't evolved. He hasn't even kept the same level. This Mourinho is a poor mans version of the guy who was the best manager in the world from early 2000's-2010. We've shown 0 signs of improvemente throughout the season. A couple of acceptable games here and there but far, way too far from being enought to give him a vote of confidence or even have hope on turning this around.

Except, this is a baker who chose and bought his own ingredients. I think managers and their impact are generally overrated but unlike RDM, AVB, Grant, Scolari, or even Ancelotti, this is completely a Mourinho squad. He has had three years and north of 150M pounds to spend on building this squad. Not only that, but he also inherited a squad brimming with young talent. He chose to get rid of many of them and replace them with his kind of players.

The other thing is that the players aren't bad. Hazard was the best player in the premier league last season. Pedro, Costa, Oscar, Azpi, Fabergas, Matic, etc...have all been great for periods very recently and all are basically useless right now. This is an extremely talented club. On paper, easily a top-4 team. If you have a player not performing, it's on them, if you have an entire team not performing, the manager should take the bulk of the blame.

The problem I have with Jose Mourinho is not even his public comments because I bet not even he believes the bullshit he says. Its all part of the show.

However, I simply dont see signs of improvement or at least an effort to change. Its not like Mourinho is trying different formations, different lineups, different aproaches and nothing is working. He is purely putting the same team with the exact same formation and mentality week in, week out. There is zero indication of him actually trying to improve things. 4-2-3-1 isnt working, Ivanovic/Fabregas/Costa arent performing, defence is in shambles, etc. Yet, he repeats the same mistakes again and again.

Honestly, if he is still as good as he says, he would have done something by now. If we dont have the players we need in order to play attractive football, go with a defensive 4-5-1 or 4-4-2 and play some god damm youth. It may be the only opportunity Chelsea will have to actually give young faces playing time. Also...Park the bus and let opponents make mistake and go for 1-0 wins. Its not like we'd make top4 playing like that but at least we would be far away from relegation zone.

I am absolutely pissed. Its not about losing, I am accustomed to lose (being a Palmeiras fan for so long). But its the total lack of effort from everyone involved, specifically Jose.

That is absurdly improbable. At this time, I doubt Roman will sack Jose before a January transfer window. He will probably receive the Ancelotti treatment: spend whatever you want in January but if you don't make things work at the end of the season you are gone.
