Look at the actual games and the decisions he made in them. Look at his post game rants. He looks insane.

Mourinho should have gone today - how he survived that fucking meeting I will never know.

You're never going to change the minds of Jose fan boys - so I don't even bother anymore. I just want what's best for Chelsea FC and this 'toxic' dude is not it. What happened to the happy one? The I will play 'youth' one.

The season is now fucked - so what have we got to lose - change the fucking formation, start playing the players with form and start playing attacking football.

Do people seriously need to call others 'Mourinho Haters', 'Mourinho Fanboys' or things like that every time? When will people understand that there's always 2 sides to any argument/debate? Have seen both parties post valid points as to why they think Mourinho should be sacked or shouldn't. If you don't agree with them, just agree to disagree. There's no need to feel like you have to convince everyone to agree with you or bash them for daring to have another opinion and more importantly, there's no need to resort to name calling. It will only cause petty squabbles and create a toxic atmosphere in a place that I'm sure many enjoy to be on.

Bad run is going on for quite some time now, since his time with Real Madrid in my opinion. He may have won Chelsea the league last season but the way the team plays has never really impressed me, instead maybe the beginning of last season but it all went downhill second part of the season.

He won the CL with porto in 2004 and with inter in 2010.

It's 2015. We haven't played a good dominating game since Swansea in January.

Maybe a Macabi game here and there which we are expected to perform better because these kind of teams are shit.

I thought he'll park the bus and make us keep clean sheets and grind out resultssince he's a pro at this, but he's not doing this for some reason. If Mourinho made the team practice more team attacking movements since he came, the players would have known what to do when Mourinho's motivational speech isn't working. But instead we're stuck with waiting for Hazard and Costa to come to form before we can score goals from open play in the league

I voted Undecided not because I'm on the fence but I believe he deserves to keep the job until the end of the season.

Klopp got to keep his at Dortmund and only left because he wanted to.

He brought us bucketload of titles and accomplishments, as well as elevating a lot of our players into legends.

He deserves a chance to not only save his career but bring this club(which he loves) out of trouble.

On the other hand, if let's say in January we don't go out and rectify our squad issues and he keeps playing Ivanovic in poor form, he's obviously looking to get sacked.

You're missing the bigger point here. Regardless of whether it was insulting or not, such posts only serve to incite trouble, cause petty squabbles between members etc and these situations are not really desirable. I'm sure you are smart enough to realize that.

That is exactly what I talked about in the previous post. If people want to agree or disagree with the posts, they will do it. You don't have to go around acting as if their views are right (no one is right or wrong here) and anyone who disagrees with it should be condemned. Does nothing but invite trouble.

What do people expect Terry to say? Does anyone really think he's gonna come out and say "Yeah, he's completely lost the dressing room, and it's obvious he can't get us out of this mess. The earlier he leaves the better."

His words to the press mean very little about what the mood is in the dressing room.
