Even when things were clearly not working he did the same thing over and over again. His was disillusioned by his massive ego where all the problems for the disastrous results were with everyone else but himself. Ultimately the last act was to accuse his players of betrayal which was proof of how out of touch and lost he became.I think his critics are right in that he is never going to be a long term manager or one to bring through youth.
