The Mourinho Thread

I'm sorry, but with the amount of chopping and changing and money José has spent we should already have deadwood long gone. This just shows that his decision to ostracise certain players and pick favourites was very wrong indeed.

If anything, José has created the deadwood problem by making some players think they are undroppable.

We are literally running out of managers to hire, and the same scenario continues again and again and again. It's not even about stability anymore, it's about changing the course. Players are getting paid to play football, getting hundreds of thousands of pounds a week, more than real, hard-working people, earn in years and years, so I'm sorry too if I don't buy into "motivation" bullshit. This period was bound to happen when we change managers, pholosophies like socks. We've accumulated a graveyard of players. Sure not every decision made by the CLUB regarding players has been the best but you've got to understand that Mourinho doesn't make these decisions on his own, he can only give his thoughts and wishes, rest is for lawyers and management to discuss. It's clear as daylight that Mourinho didn't plan to start this season with this squad.

Not at all. I can't stand some of his bullshit. But the criticism on here at times is absurd. I've been a season ticket holder for 13 years and know a lot of fans who are the same. No one I 'know' wants Jose out.

All the fans that care about the future of the club want Jose out :blue scalf:

no manager will sort this mess out without spending big on new players, Jose is the man i want in charge to get rid of the dead wood and bring in some top quality players!

Dead wood?

Our managerial record is haunting us at the moment. We have players brought in by different managers and in the end of the day it is nor fish nor fowl. Plus it was Mourinho who had retire long timer club servants. Looking from that respective, we currently have no real authorities in the squad. This seasons transfer window was more for our loan army but not for the 1st team.

Moaners jubilate :D

Celebrate the victory as much as Liverpool :D

Blue is the color, Keep the blue flag flying high !

José Mourinho one of us !

Players are deceiving, manager is awful, the board has been absolutely inconsistant for over 3 or 4 years now !

Don't care, support them all, sort your shit out !

This weekend is too hard for me, so I think I will be avoiding the forums and everything football related in the next few days.

Positive scene of the day : the support at the bridge..

Jose Mourinho dismisses the idea that he thinks this was his last game. #CFC

Jose: 'I have some players who are really sad in the dressing room. They are not getting the respect they deserve.' #CFC

More excuses for Mourinho. You make do with the squad you have at your disposal...and let's be honest, this squad is good enough to be A) playing decent attacking football and B ) higher than 15th on the table after 11 games

He's had over 2 years to get rid of the dead wood and in those 2 years we've spent over 322 million euros on players.

You talk like that and I'm sure you have been a Chelsea fan for around 2 years.

How can you be calm and happy at a moment like this?

When AVB was fired, Di Matteo took over and turned our season with a squad that was miles away from the one we have now. Steve Holland or some youth coach should take over now, make the necessary changes and few transfers during the January window and prepare the squad for next season and for Guardiola era.

But, I believe we will choose Hiddink for the interim role and I would be fine with that as well.

There's something fundamentally wrong at Chelsea FC. It goes far far beyong the manager's role. Our entire back 4 needs to be replaced for starters. I am starting to lose faith now. If Mourinho can't get us to win, I honestly know who will. It's becoming increasingly worrying every week.

He sounds like some kid who started watching football last season and just happy to be in a stadium tbh.

he clearly was told to work with what he had in the summer, i am sure Jose would have wanted to sign at least 2 or 3 top class players in the summer to improve the first XI
