Fernando Torres

Decent movements off the ball, was a focal point for us at times holding the ball up, effective when we pressed too, scored today .... was quite bad but he did some things well, ultimately he put the ball in the net which is what strikers are judged on.

Putrid performance but can't complain when he scores like that. Almost forgot he was on the pitch for the majority of the match.

Chelsea fans like you are completely ignorant to the game. Of course he went missing when game after game our midfield fails to control the ball and supply it to our striker, whomever it may be. Fernando gets in great positions all the time, always looking to make a run off the shoulder but our midfield fails to link up with him. Thank god for players like Willian who think pass before shoot unlike Oscar and Hazard.

Fernando gets into great positions at times but not almost as much as he should. At the end of the day his job is to score goals and to do that he is meant to get into positions that our midfielders can deliver the ball too. Our game is not like Liverpools, he has to make opportunities for himself and to be fair the last few games he has been doing that and has been unlucky. That said, there is a reason why our midfielders don't give the ball to him as much and that's because he blows majority of the chances that are provided. If you honestly think what you have just said it might be time for you to watch a few replays.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You couldn't make this up.

Torres only got his goal because Hull changed from being very defensive and the space opened up. Up until Hazard scored Hull closed all the space down, and as we already know Torres does not have the ability to get involved in a tight game. He is a very simple player who has no skill, he thrives on space but at Chelsea space is hard to come by because teams are afraid of opening up against us. Keep on blaming the midfield for you hero having no idea how to get involved in a game when space is at a premium.

"He's always looking to make runs off the shoulder" HAHAHAHA what good does that do us when teams are defending deep? There is NO SPACE for him to run into. I'm convinced some of you have no clue.

Fans like you however are completley DISILLUSIONAL.

So you're saying Oscar and Hazard should shoot less (score less goals) to set up Torres more who is the MOST AWFUL FINISHER WE HAVE?

Go stick your head down the sand please. Fuck Torres. We dont need to "get him going" or worry about "helping him" and whatnot. He's finished, i want him gone and Oscar+Hazard is our future. What they are doing is right and they dont need to change ANYTHING to make it suit Torres!!
