De Zerbi is Italy bound, same as Motta. Amorim has a big release clause.

If true, it's a bad call in my opinion. Uncertainty and instability all over again. RDZ is definately not a bad manager, but for sure overhyped and has this Mourinho like aura that can lift the team, but also destroy relationships in a second.

This is bonkers...so many managers in so few years

Just when the team gained some trust in themselfs and the manager, starting a winning streak, ending the season with a lot of positive mood and optimism for the new season, they change the manager lol. So another "rebuild-season" incoming. 

 

Also: the players wont like this. The new manager will automatically have a squad of doubtful and grumpy players in front of him. Great.

I don’t think Tuchel will come back in all honesty. Plus I think Boehly & co are too proud to admit they made a mistake in the first place.

So much for stability though, 4th head coach (5th if we include Lampard) in 2.5 seasons. They clearly don’t have a clue what they are doing. 

I wouldn’t be surprised if Poch was extremely keen to leave though.

they had more points this season than last. also went further in the cl than last season.

Tuchel's main problems came from us not having a good structure/staff in place yet, but equally his football was quite uninspiring, he was just a very good in-game tactician. He wouldn't be top of my list but an upgrade on Poch imo.
