If we were losing and getting poor results whilst scoring goals and just getting unlucky that’s one thing. But we’ve been playing shockingly terrible football every single game other than the Spuds match.

We were poor against Everton, poor against West Ham, embarrassing against Leeds, embarrassing against Southampton, extremely lucky against Leicester who didn’t take any of the numerous easy chances they had, and now embarrassing again against a Croatian side whose whole team probably cost less than one or two of our starters.

If we don’t beat Fulham, Tuchel has to go. If we don’t get out of this CL group he’s got to go.

We are playing like it's training. No runs no movement no passion no energy. it's like all our players have been replaced with the madam wax versions.

The rot started when we were so late in to the transfer market and at the same time we lost Rudi . We seemed unable to sign any of of our first choice targets and in panic we seem to have grabbed anybody who was prepared to come !!  Is Cucarella really a £60 million player ?  In what I’ve seen so far is Koulibally that much better than Chalobah ? Is Auba anywhere near match fit ? What has happened to Mason ? Are Ziyech,Puli,Jorginho Premiership class ? Is Tuchel elite class ? The answer to most of the above is NO — so added together it means we are in a mess !

Boehly has probably been totally caught out by this as well. He has backed Tuchel like a manager who he expects to be our Klopp or Guardiola who will be here as long as he wishes to. And being new to football, he probably knows ZERO about other managers around Europe. So if it comes to the worst case scenario and Tuchel has to go we better pray Todd has expert advisors on a replacement. Otherwise we’ll make another silly appointment like having John Terry in as interim. And the last thing this squad needs is a total rookie.

If Tuchel is sacked we need a manager with a ironclad system and progressive way of playing. Someone with a clear idea who can implement that style quickly.

something is definitely going on behind the scenes, the players can’t be this bad, its the same bs happening again, revolting against the manager.

the manager is making bad calls and playing players out out position. why Auba today who simply wasnt ready?

Koulibally that much better than Chalobah

That has been my point all along. More experience maybe, but Chalobah looked fitter and far more mobile. Koulibally looks heavy to me still.... I hope he's still regaining fitness tho.

I've been very worried about our transfer window moves and so far it is looking worse than I feared.

We looked very bright at the start, but once they scored.. we looked clueless. And they scored pretty early too, at least I would've thought we would push on more...

Mount has been abysmal, how he has stayed on for the full 90. If he wants to renew anywhere near James's amount, he has to do so much more, so much.

That to me is the biggest issue. A goal in the 15th minute of a game shouldn't dent our confidence or shift our mentality that badly. It's a massive question mark over the mentality within the group that leaves them looking so fragile.

Tuchel isn't blameless there either. Too many games like this he seems to be sat down in the dugout too much for my liking. Not sure if it sends the wrong message to the team about the importance of the game, but when there's already questions over the mentality of the team anyway, I'd rather see him on the touchline driving the team.

Wasted time on de Jong who didnt want to come to Chelsea. Biggest mistake was letting Werner leave. And we all though Lukaku was the problem

I know what kind of opinions can be usually red here, but I'm afraid the first thing we need to do regarding Tuchel is to stop sacking managers every 1,5-3 seasons. This is the root cause of most of our problems, as the club ends up spinning into same place anyway and we cannot forever rely on freshness effect for 8 months and then downward slop next 8 and then new manager and another random players incoming, who don't fit any previous buys. Artreta did worse and now they finally passed it and look decent.

And about Rudi - I'm surprised people are saying we didn't replace him. Well, KK is not replacement, it's a step up. In theory. Too bad theory don't really manifest itself in reality at the moment.

It will be interesting to see how Tuchel handles the criticism. I don't see us being a club that sacks a manager at the first sign of trouble anymore. It will be Tuchel for at least the rest of the season. I think the wheels would have to really fall off for him to be sacked this season.
