Rudiger and Zouma at the back is a car crash but the biggest issue we have is our ball and decision making in the final third, has been really poor and to be honest is current the achilles heel since Tuchel has been here, it's not like we've been cutting teams open at will.

Southampton have been wide open and totally unable to defend for ages. And yet we can’t exploit that at all because none of our midfielders can play creative, piercing passes. Not Kante, not Mount, not Kova.

You can only play a pass if the forwards are making intelligent runs. 

Ours are not.

It's simple. We could have Messi and Ronaldo up front and nothing would change.

We allow their defenders time to get settled and make a challenge.

I’d replace Mount with Ziyech at the half. Kante has been winning the ball back like a machine and Kova at least keeps things ticking over. Mason has offered nothing at all here yet.
