BlueLyon 9,359
Please the board must give him the players he wants. Im sure we can take another few steps forward to perfection if Conte builds his squad. PL, nevermind CL will be alot harder next year and we need to continue improving. There is a serious healthy competition between Manchesters, Chelsea and Spurs. It will benefit the english football and hopefuly we see more success in europe and bring english football back on throne. We have the perfect manager for the role, we just need wise buys. Contes Juve had some of best transfers of all clubs in recent years, hopefuly that will now be the case for Chelsea too. Sivori 38
Told you guys Conte would come good. I remember there was a lot of disappointment here when City managed to secure Guardiola towards the end of last season. 11Drogba, kellzfresh and Fernando

Popular Post! communicate 2,703 Posted May 13, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted May 13, 2017 Brilliant job by Conte. What a transformation. I remember last season, I simply expected us to lose every game, it was just crazy. This season it has been completely the other way around. It does not matter who we face, I feel like somehow, someway we are going to win. mashimaru161, LAB, Johnnyeye and 7 others

Popular Post! quickpassnmove 924 Posted May 13, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted May 13, 2017 What needs to be said about Antonio's work at CFC so far has likely been said all evening yesterday. I just want to say that I cannot state with enough gratitude how wonderful it is to have Antonio as our manager after what we've seen at our club during the past decade. I would really like to see our club now make good buys in the transfer window and give Antonio the further support he needs to stay at CFC and be successful across competitions for years to come. We are privileged to have a manager who was a centre midfielder at a top European club, who knows every angle of the game, every inch of grass and sees space, deficiencies, opportunities very clearly --like an astute all-around footballer with a good tactical brain. One other note: the side we had 12 years ago was certainly better than the current squad, but Antonio made the most of this squad with the formation he chose, his planning of training sessions and attention to his players. I am so happy for Antonio and CFC. Long may Antonio reign here! Leif, mashimaru161, Johnnyeye and 8 others

AlesJuve 264
Now you have to buy Sanchez, Morata, Vidal (or Nainggolan though clearly inferior to Vidal) and a couple of defenders if Abramovich wants to reward Conte. Zenza001 60
In italy Newspapers talk about a possibility that Conte join Inter. It's fine that he is a professional, but he can not go from those prescribed failures of Milan. We are super happy with Allegri, Antonio must remain At Chelsea. Leif 6,006
Imagine beating Arsenal, never switching to 3 at the back and Tottenham winning the league. Leif 6,006
Ancient greats like Da Vinci & Michelangelo did enough then, to make people now, still fall in love with Italy & consider it a second home. Especially for the artists & architect lovers. Modern Italians like Conte could have the same effect. Specifically Conte, because he carries a philosophy; a philosophy built around sport, around motivation, around tactics. That's something to study. That's something real. Conte's enough reason for someone to fall in love with football, and perhaps in turn, life. The Italian feel is in his face, his clothes, the way his team plays, and all of it's an attractive energy. It's a calm energy. It's confidence. And you just want to go where this energy comes from. There's no coincidence that only the Italian PL winning managers are gentlemen. Conte, Ranieri, Ancelotti. All fabulous people. Mourinho, Wenger, SAF. All leagues behind in that intangible, charismatic quality, and none of them exude the same warm feeling the Italians do. That OUR Italians do. I'm glad blue is both our & Italy's NT colour. There's no other nation we're so connected with. (Even our CL-winning manager was Italian, and a gentleman. Vialli was crucial for us too.) manpe and Johnnyeye

Fernando 6,585
I found this quote from I think Gary Neville. "You can win all the cups you want, but there's nothing like winning the Premier League title. It has to be a priority." But to me is the truth. Winning the FA Cup, Captial One are great. CL is amazing in itself, but the bread and butter should always be PL. Is true that Conte did not do good in the CL with Juventus, and if that turns out to be the same with us I would not care as much just as long we continue to do well in the PL. I mean look at SAF, he made his mark on winning PL, did not won as much CL. CL are very hard to win year to year. We will try to win the CL in the coming season but if we continue to do well in the PL then that is all that matters to me.
