Pacquiao 1,834
I'm sorry mate, but this utter BS. Not taking the initiative even when you're at home, in need of a result can be nothing but cowardice. I am not sure if Jose should be sacked at this point but if he is, his disgraceful lack of courage when setting up his team against a half decent opponent should be the main reason... I mean, come on!.. I'm not sure about you but I don't want it to be Chelsea's identity to always be the passive one in big matches. I don't want that for the club I'm very fond of.we only play like that against the top teams as those games are usually separated by small details, which is why Jose like to force a mistake and then punish his opponent! this has bought us a lot of success so its a bit ridiculous to criticize it! blues.bridge 343
or perhaps he just treated him like any other player at that time instead of special treatment for someone so new to the team....(not club)mou has never explained why I was not playing , because we talked about everything twice . The first was on the eve of the match against Basel in the Champions League in November , when I was getting better and said I had my chance .Now i don't say that KDb would have to play, but mou has to stop treating people and players in that way!Over KDB, take the case ivanovic ,where mou for a long time had prefered him becouse is one of his "faithful" without give a reason at all the players who are out of this circle! then the case "carneiro" ok, she was wrong, but mou has humiliated her publically ( instead to speaking after inside the club) only for saving himself for the result and the performance! Billy. 2,742
I think Roman should let him have his way in the January window. I know its harder to get players you want but you never know in football do you.And if we can get a decent finish like top 6 keep him on and let him build his team next summer.instead of sacking him and having to pay 35 million, why not let jose use that money to buy some players that want to fight for him?? I call it the 'January panic window' Once again should never ever got as bad as this, but we decided to penny pinch the fucking life out of the summer window and now look. I'm not saying it's all about us not spending but by god has it contributed massively to this mess. We have the money so fucking spend it, identify early, do deals in relevant times and do not go all auction bidding on teams. The Stones saga was a prime example of this, came in late, started at 20M or whatever it was and we looked like the dog waiting next to it's master for the last bone.Front to back it's completely broken, not even a scatter gun January window is going to help. communicate, Belgiannutt, Adnane and 6 others

It's not him, it's them. It isn't Mourinho who is the obvious underperformer, but his team. Who has the true c.v. of substance here? Nemanja Matic, for instance, with his one fine season in English football, or Mourinho's eight national titles and three European trophies across four countries? What if last year, not this, was the exception? What if Chelsea overachieved when winning the league, swept along by Mourinho's astute organisation and one last, inspirational turn from captain John Terry? What if 2014-15 is the only season Eden Hazard is Footballer of the Year? That makes Mourinho the genius, not the jinx.He won the league with this lot? He won the league with a team now playing like the poorest champions in history? He won with single-season wonders, and old men, and players with a greatly inflated regard for their abilities and options? If there are rebels inside Mourinho's camp, this is what they have failed to consider. That onlookers — managers and owners at other clubs, in particular — will wonder what is the real Chelsea. Essien19 and stroey

Popular Post! supporter 3,088 Posted November 2, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted November 2, 2015 Jose I trust, and I have the feeling that our players are with him because I can see our frustration on their faces. Maybe one, two or three players can be against Jose, but IMO most of our players trust him and they want to win again as quickly as possible. All this history of "I'd rather lose than win for him "is just cheap philosophy. The press always invents stupid stories to generate noise. It's like when they say: "Ronaldo or Messi are looking for a school in London for their children for next year because he is coming to play with Chelsea next season." All bullshit. The memory is very small in football, but Jose is One of US, someone who feels the club as if he were a true fan. A man with whom we won the Premier League last season. It would be a sign of weakness to try to reconstruct our project at midseason.Guardiola loves F.C. Barcelona. Simeone loves Atletico de Madrid. Conte loves Juventus. And Jose loves Chelsea. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE.IMO The season is very long and Jose will shut many mouths in May. And who smiles the last, smiles better. Cosmin 2,484
Guardiola, Simeone, Conte and Slutsky are the candidates to replace Jose.(Telegraph)I really really don't want Simeone as manager. I don't think he would bring much of a change in terms of playing style and tactics. I wouldn't say no to Guardiola, because I know that he would ask for some big signings before putting his name on a contract. And we really need big signings, let's be honest.Conte is not an option and I don't think Slutsky is right for us, he doesn't have any experience in the big European leagues. If Guardiola doesn't want to come here, I would rather want us to go for Marcelo Bielsa, Rudi Garcia or (why not?) Tony Pulis.
