Popular Post! Clockwork 1,794 Posted December 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 19, 2015 I feel no sympathy for any manager who loses the support of his players. That is on the manager.I feel that way about any leadership position in all walk of life. That is on you, not your subordinates. zakhov 253
I can only hope that Mourinho ends up at Man Utd and he does exactly what he did here this season: lead them to one point above the relegation zone; embarrasses both himself and the club on a weekly basis; produces utterly joyless football and causes such a volatile environment that his players stop playing for him.Ahh, I can only dream. He's already gone yet you're wishing more misery on him (I don't give a toss about United). Did he poke your eyes out or something when you asked for an autograph?Fun fact, he brought good times and success to the club whether you like it or not. This means that he like so many of our contributing players/staff past or present at least deserve our respect. Our two time players of the years and now is bad when this guy comes around and start forcing people to his way?The same thing has happen to the players this season to what happen to Mata when Mourinho came.Sorry but not even Pellegrini does that. And he is supposed to be a lesser manager to Mourinho.Mourinho is past it, and the sooner we move on the better. Changingman_2000 876
Well I'm glad you're not in charge of the club. By January we'd have been knee deep in relegation and next season we would be playing in the championship. The club made the right decision, the team is winning again and that's all matters. If you love Jose so much stop supporting the club and go support whatever club appoints him next. I'm glad he's been sacked. You know?? Sometimes Moral Fibre and integrity counts for more than three points. "The team is winning again"?? Now, I would applaud that sweeping statement if they have just horsed Citeh 5-0, but we beat, Sunderland, very possibly the worst team in the league. We did win games under Jose you know.I've seen my club in the championship before, albeit it many moons ago, its actually quite a novel feeling and, what it tends to do, is rid your club of the lightweight, fair weather fans. Not that I want us in the championship, you understand, but I'd still be there if we were. Johnnyeye, Essien19, stroey and 1 other

Popular Post! MrExcalibur100 7,124 Posted December 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 19, 2015 With his last few post match interviews and press conferences at the club, he's managed to convince some of the fans that it was in fact the players responsible for the awful season and not his man management or his tactical approach. zakhov 253
A lot of them blame the manager to be fair.....kinda the same thing I was saying. I was being sarcastic when I suggested we blame Jose for Mata's downfall. Mata is a great player but when he was our POTY (2 years running) we were nowhere near challenging for the title. We won the league last season without him.I think he's probably found that his level isn't enough for top teams given the way he's been performing at United. Like Fergie once said, he's not a top, top player. Sad truth given he's a top class person. With his last few post match interviews and press conferences at the club, he's managed to convince some of the fans that it was in fact the players responsible for the awful season and not his man management or his tactical approach. Now the noise is that "look it's the players". Forever the master manipulator. You should take a leaf out of Zola's quotes in your sig.The bit about supporters are there always, and they never forget.Remember? First Championship in half a century, bringing the club to elite status, our dominance over Arsenal, victories over Barca? Remember those? I'll give you a hint, the person that helped us achieve those, his name starts with M and ends with Ourinho. Popular Post! MrExcalibur100 7,124 Posted December 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 19, 2015 Let's not forget Jose once said these group of players were some of the best he's EVER worked with in terms of behaviour . This was when we were winning of course. All of a sudden, we start losing and it's I was betrayed and I made them better than they really were. And then from that it's mutiny and player power while the manager leaves blameless to the sounds of adulation. Popular Post! Rekin 835 Posted December 19, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted December 19, 2015 You guys do realize that Mou is/was an employee, and not your daddy? It has always been part of his modus operandi to manipulate circumstances to make himself look like a victim, like he does everything right but referees/players/media/Football organisations conspire against him. It makes his players and fans feel like they are struggling together, isolating them from the "enemy" and become almost a cult of personality. Jose acted terribly, the football was boring, he got us engaged in a terrible situation with Eva, he kept spreading words of a conspiracy, turned the players against him and now even the results have been absolute garbage. This is the man so many are defending. A man who pounds his chest a few times, say he is "one of us", and collects a fat check at the end of the day. Get fucking real people, I liked him when he had charisma, but ever since he came back he has been like the old man from "Up" before he re-discovered his happiness. Stop being so easily manipulated. As for the blame, it is very much with the players too. Jose is not innocent though, and when you can either get rid of your coach, or of your players, it is always the coach who will go, provided we arent talking about singular cases of "mutiny". Let us get Pep or Simeone, and put this circus behind us. Bye Jose, you just werent that special in the end.
