We should believe. Our attack is great just as much as Liverpool's. We scored most goals in the league so far. I think our midfield is way better. Enzo, Caicedo and Lavia would all start for them. We cannot complain about our full backs. Fofana can be shaky but Konate as well. Only thing they have over us is experienced CB in VVD and better keeper.

The “only thing” there is pretty big actually.

a team is also more than the players, and They have a better team. They also have a lot of strong options in attack.

But plus side they've conceded 11 goals so our 15 goal against season is pretty safe

Concerning how easy Saints cut through our midfield early doors, 5-1 win against bottom of the league with 10 men. Yes we were good, yes we should have doubled the 5, however it was a nervy start and nothing sums that up better than watching their goal back on highlights, textbook frustration from last year was when our midfield was opened up like that from a driving run.

Great game, bold first 11 from Enzo, paid off but definitely highlights the issues we still have, understandably so.

The insane luxury we have in our attacking midfield depth is amazing. Being able to rotate Neto & Sancho who looked great last weekend and have Madueke and Felix come in is fantastic. Currently it really doesn’t matter who is playing in these position because they’re all doing well. Hell, even Mudryk has been pretty solid recently and he can’t even make the bench!

I feel like the only position where we could use another quality depth option is in CM. Caicedo is tasked with so much and with Lavia’s injury concerns were short in that defensive area. I don’t know what the loan conditions are but Andre Santos has apparently been killing in at Strasbourg again and is tailor made for that position. Could he be recalled in January?
