Havertz

unless you are counting salary (which then widens the £100m barrier a lot, to include players like Kepa, CuCu, Sterling etc etc), Havertz did not cost anywhere near £100m

Fingers crossed Boehly and Eghbali get out this fellas way to let him and the footballing guys do their fucking job. Be a disaster if they don’t.

Think how successful his first season here will be is going to be based around how many players he can get rid of. It’s absolutely paramount he trims the squad down - if he doesn’t he will be fighting against the tide.

Has to be aiming for CL regardless would be typically ‘Spursy’ attitude to come in and aim lower but hope the experience he has at PSG and the demands at this club make that clear to him. Would expect that to be the remit but still not completely sure how successful he will be here. A lot of questions yet to be answered with these muppets at the helm.

Please, please, please for the love of god Todd Boehly and Egghead leave the bloke to do his fucking job and only stick your nose in when your asked.

If he wants a player get him, don't offer a cheaper alternative- back him but let him do his job and let him control the controllable's

Managers should never have that much control in the market.

Getting in players of predominantly Conte and Tuchel's desires is a big part of what has got us in this mess.

But in a different case, if the coach doesn't really desire that much (and know how) to integrate this player immediately in his system, it puts the judgment of the purchase based solely on potential and data metrics.

For example, the Mudryk case actually turned out to be really ridiculous. Who pushed for this transfer, actually?

His performance in the six months has shown us that he is ridiculously far from being ready to play at the highest level. He has shown flashes of great potential but he also given us so many embarrassing moments. Of course, he still have a lot of time to prove his potential, but it seems like he came here purely because of the management.

Poch is already having a positive effect on the owners. Letting them know it is better to STFU about transfers.

Hard times for people who freak out because we dont get linked with Caicedo 15 times a day by 3rd tier twitter sources.

World X1 (managed by Poch for one night) v England XI charity match last night. Alex Scott ''He might manage longer tonight than at Chelsea'' 🤣

I bet some saddos were accessing his tactics and would have unironically held it against him had he lost that.
