Yep, not even sure what to expect.

I wouldn't be surprised if Boehly sacks Frank after this because it could be a big big thumping if todays levels are anything to go on 🤣

Madrid have what 10 goals in their last 2 games? Probably smash 4 or 5 past Villarreal as well.

All we can really do is pray that Kante, Enzo, and Kova can make that Kroos & Modric midfield look painfully slow and old like we did in the UCL the past 2 seasons. Mount and Kante ran rings around them.

But even if we win the midfield battle we’ll still have Koulibaly and Cucu back there against Benz, Vini Jr, etc. so keeping a clean sheet or even only conceding 1 or 2 feels impossible.

If Reece, Chilly, and our midfield put in world class performances we can cause them all sorts of headaches. But can we score even 1 goal? Doubt it at this point.

we can't go on a 4x3x3 formation

They threw away the lead twice to succumb to a 3-2 home defeat. If our attackers are actually up for it, we'll have a chance of getting a positive result.

Our attackers haven't been up for it the whole season, not sure how they'll suddenly flick a switch and turn it on against Madrid.

If they don't win by 2+ goals, I'll be surprised.   They got past Liverpool quite easily, wonder how much fun they'll have against Koulibaly, Cucurella and co.

Real Madrid are much more beatable than City or Bayern are in my opinion. They’re capable of spectacular displays but also dreadful ones. Whereas City and Bayern will attack relentlessly and barely let you touch the ball, Real Madrid will give you plenty of opportunities.

Sadly, even if they do give us loads of openings to score you wouldn’t fancy us to take any of them this season.
