Fair enough, but to be fair to Jorginho he was in general pretty good in the last few months and this includes many big games.

That people aren't willing to pay silly prices.

The unsold ones part of a package.. The charter flights were 200 quid..tickets up to 300...then add on flow testing as well? You can definitely get cheaper flights! Or usually can anyway..so cheaper not to do that 'deal'

He added: "They came to be our friends over the European Super League but now they have turned their backs on us again.

"Uefa's insistence on having charter flights - initially linked to 90% of tickets, which the clubs pushed back on - spending only 24 hours in Portugal with added Covid testing and additional costs have made it very prohibitive.

"Selling tickets for up to 400 euros for a limited access final with unnecessary travel is outrageous when there were obvious solutions closer to home."

Let's be honest. Does anyone think Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and other clubs would have sent back tickets from an already small allocation?

This is a massive embarrasent for the club and fans from those other clubs can now rightly say we're not a proper big club, just one that's  proped up by a rich owner. This is one very big reason why we should neve even think about trying to move into a 60, 000 seater stadium.

The financial blow for City had been softened last week after club owner Sheikh Mansour announced he would fund the travel costs of supporters travelling to their first-ever European Cup final.  The Estadio do Dragao had been confirmed at the 11th hour after the final was moved from Istanbul due to UK travel restrictions. However, Kevin Parker, general secretary of Manchester City's Official Supporters Club, was angered ticket prices were not reduced by Uefa too after plans to move the game to Wembley were torpedoed.

"It could have gone to Wembley, but they didn't go because they've got the VIPs who they wanted to go," he told Telegraph Sport. "They kept us waiting and waiting."

How?!! People aren't made of money and probably can't afford to spend 600 or so quid on a day trip. The tickets that aren't part of UEFA package were sold.  The tickets that didnt involve 200 quid flights did sell! If was at Wembley it would have sold...

The common fan would not be able to pay that + I cant imagine many wanting to go out of UK to Portugal for just the final and come back immediately. UEFA should have found a solution in the UK itself but 🤷‍♂️
