Ugh. I haven’t liked the look of a single XI that TT has put out so far. But we keep winning.

Man, I feel terrible for Ziyech and Chilwell. Ziyech has shown sign after sign that he is extremely dangerous and with a consistent run of games could be such a key danger man for us the rest of the season. But can’t get a sniff now. Can’t understand it.

And Chilly was one of our best players under Frank and now can’t get a game either.

I'm a Ziyech fan, but he had a stinker against Barnsley. I agree that he is a much better player than Mount, but look at it from the coach's point of view. If a player doesn't perform when given a chance, he doesn't warrant a start. I would've loved Ziyech to play today instead of Mount though, especially against Southampton.

This is a sign of a top class coach. He knows that Jorginho is not press-resistant so he chose to go with Kante and Kovacic. I'm pleased with the line-up, the only thing I don't like is Tammy starting.

I am pretty sure Jorgi is getting rested for Atleti.

With Timo looking sharper lately what better player is there to have playing those signature diagonal balls for him to run onto than Ziyech? Especially against a Southampton team that will leave space behind since they like to press.

Ziyech is a different kind of player that should get better when he plays more often, which he does not currently. Some players, especially those players that are good passers, need game time to get sharp. Guys like Pulisic have it easier because their style of play is more based on dribbling and speed, while Ziyech's gameplay is more about smart plays for his teammates

That could also be a possibility, it remains to be seen. Atleti is a team that sit back, so he is perfect for that game. What your saying makes sense, but only time will tell.
