Can a Journalist that is smart enough point out the error of Lampard of always using the 3-4-3 as a follow up game and that it always end in defeat? 

I'm sure someone can see a trend in that right? 

It works for one game but then he decides to use it the next game and loses bad.

The GK, CB and LB that all played last season havent changed bar Luiz and Cahill. Its not solely down to the players quality or lack of it. Its been a mix of coaching, making mistakes and poor conversion of big chances. Top 4 and a FA cup final still covers over the cracks. So does signing Werner and Ziyech and maybe Havertz

That's it..game 1.we lost 4-0 which fair enough everything new. But some of our losses have been shite shite and stupid scorelines. The set piece thing is ridiculous! I dont get why we didn't learn from past mistakes but carried on to lose against West Ham.

15 more than last season. It is not only on players. Like i said Azpi-Rudi-Zouma-Alonso are not perfect but they played 4 times this season and we have 4 clean sheets. Frank changes all the time.

Formation from the start was a mistake and I and many others pointed out before the game.

Why he did not take the same approach against Liverpool like in the cup game?

Shouldn't have played 3atb, Liverpool devour those teams in the half spaces, Conte is the only one that's made it work Vs Klopp's Pool and that's because he parked the jumbo jet against them.

We've been the better side against them in the last three clashes by playing 4/3/3. Mane and Salah get too much room in half spaces between outside CB and winger.

However we knew we were getting some of this when we appointed Frank, we'll get the promise but we'll also get the mistakes, all things considered if you were told we'd go into game 38 needing a point for top 4 with a cup final against a vastly inferior side to come, we would have all accepted it.
