NO. Stability is key, as long as it's more attractive football and we get good results he needs to stay. Unless something drastic happens, we need him.

He should stay regardless. Stability is something that pays off in the long term, go ask Fergie... we should be patient and be aware that we aren't the only ones with a great team. There are other quality contenders in every tournament we play. We could win but so could them. We need to feel we're progressing, that's important, but I'd give him second, third, fourth chances to be honest. It's about time we try to be more stable so things will be much easier for us in the long term.

If the board continues to sack the manager every time we don't win a trophy, we're gonna run out of quality managers to employ in the future.

Judging by how positive the board has been acting in the last 1-2 years, you would think they have moved on from the days of pressing the panic button and swing the axe at the manager at the first sign of trouble. Don't think Mourinho will be sacked if we don't win any trophy as long as there is further improvement and progression in the squad.
