Chelsea hope to confirm Jose Mourinho as Chelsea manager in the middle of next month. (Guardian)

So nearly another month of waiting when everything is already settled on Real Madrid's end? Why is it that no other club ever takes this long to get a new manager? One could assume the Chelsea board would be used to this by now with all the experience they have in such matters.
