I mean I get people are mad and that, but let's not paint him as some kind of evil villian. Bit of respect wouldn't go amiss considering all he's done for us. To call him a cunt, a disgrace, etc. Damn people

Ok lets call him A specialist in failure in training

i would still.

the results mean NOTHING to me.

the win against WBA meant nothing to me.

starting iva and cesc in that game was an indication that JOSE puts players ahead of the club.

and as much as i love jose (still do), its not more than CHELSEA.

sorry but he has got to go

But who would replace them?

Baba is an unknown and RLC is not an option.

If we had replacements I would understand.

I personally don't like Benitez, but I can't lie and have to be honest that we actually was improving with him towards the end.

Everything was toxic at the beginning because we was mad, but honestly there was a great buzz at the end. And I said to myself why not keep him?

If you are doing good you keep all things equal.

Mourinho came and totally destroy that good work.

Now we are left stuck in a rut.

I'm sure Napoli fans could say same about Benitez. Football does not always work positively every time even with some of the best managers. And many times, the manager gets sacked even when it's obvious key players aren't giving their best (e.g. AVB at Chelsea).

Agree?

That just doesn't make any sense. We are not talking about a situation where lazy superstar players resufe to follow the orders of coach, because they don't want to change their playing style or don't want to get dropped.

If Jose Mourinho lost the dressing room, thats his own fault.

There's obviously some serious shite going on behind the scenes we aren't privy to. It's all going to come to light very soon. This current group of players are mostly amiable, easy going characters. I don't see any member of that dressing room being a trouble maker. It must have really took some doing from the manager for it to come to this.

Maybe. Maybe not. Like you said, we don't know the things that go on behind closed doors and perhaps, some of the players aren't that amiable, easy-going we think they are.

Just for argument's sake, what could Mourinho have done to upset the team so badly? Never mind the actual season, we have looked completely out-of-sorts since pre-season started. The signs were already there. So, something must have happened then and there already.

This man is a dreamer. The only top four we are getting if he's still in charge at the end of the season will be in these categories: goals conceded, defensive errors and misplaced passes.

Some stats:

No club in PL history finished higher than 5th after getting only 8 points in 8 games. Average finish 14th.

The current football is more 14th than 5th. Top 4 is only a dream.

A play on people's emotions more than anything lol

With each passing game I lose a little bit more confidence in his ability to turn things around based on his stubbornness, but do I want him to get the sack? Absolutely not. We're a laughing stock as it is.

Forget about the sack at this point, let him in charge until May with one clear objective - Champions League football next season with no transfers in the next window.

From now on Roman should grab his phone, call Guardiola and do everything in his power to convince him to come here. Big salary and big money for transfers next summer considering we've saved a huge amount this summer and will be saving again this winter.

Give Guardiola 150-200m and he'd rebuild the squad completely with players to fit his philosophy and hit the ground running from the very first match. He's not known as a big spender so he'd probably build his core around players similar to Thiago, Douglas Costa, Alaba, Boateng et al. That's fine with me.

Chelsea should have enough to finish at least 4th and I'm more than sure that Guardiola would at least listen to what Roman would have to say.

IMHO, Guardiola is the only one that could change the mentality at this club and take us to next level. Others would only do what Mourinho did - have a short term impact, but then fade away. This is why I think the Mourinho should not get the sack right now.

So he said that chelsea should not sack him cos its a message to the players that only the manager is guilty, the same message they got in the past decade...

BS argument. The team has changed a lot in the recent ten years. Players came and players went. A lot of the players have not experienced those sackings. While I agree that some teams sack their managers way too soon, there are boundaries. Mourinho has been inadequate as a coach since last february, yes he won us a league but he destroyed the team's attacking intent, then there was the Eva-situation and now there are all those rumours (I know just rumours) about his bad attitude in the dressing room + his stuborness to change players or tactics (Iva is STILL on),. This had gone too far and Mou has shown no willingness to change, he's destroying the team. He has to go or this will only get worse.

If we had replacements I would understand.

mbabu was an unknown and he OWNED pedro.

i have seen baba play twice and he has looked the way an attacking fullback looks. brilliant in attack, great cross, a couple of awesome runs, good overlapping and link up play but a bit shaky defensively. "A BIT" are the operational words. ivanovic has looked absolutely SHIT. hell, azpi-GC-JT-zouma go ahead with this. just dont give the no replacement excuse.even if baba costs us a few points, atleast we would be working towards the future. iva has single handedly cost us swansea, city, palace, everton and porto. u r seriously telling me that baba is worse? we shelled out 21 mil pounds for someone who is worse than the worst player in PL currently?

as for cesc, against porto we play a pivot of rambo-mikel but use cesc as no.10 despite the fact that time and again he has looked ridiculous there. why? what is wrong with playing oscar as no.10 while playing matic and rambo in the pivot? or playing matic and RLC in the pivot. if he thinks a massive defensive liability like cesc is an "untouchable" in the team despite the number of goals he has cost us, why did not we buy morgan? or cabaye? or kondogbia? sorry, these are all excuses.
