It even happened at the start back here, the Tottenham, Norwich and Cardiff games he turned 2 points into seven with his quick thinking and subs, its recently ish he's seemed to go all Rafa where as if the starting tactics work everything's good but when they don't (which has been the case every time this season) he doesnt seem to know how to turnthe game around.

Hopefully he can catch up soon,because like I said earlier Fergie had a similar stage but eventually snapped out of it, I still have hope Jose will do the same.

Jose just needs to go back to being unpredictable.

I know every move he'll make, I know the starting line-up, I know the type of subs he'll make when he's losing (Falcao on), I know the pattern of attacking his team will play(slow passing in the middle with ivanovic crossing aimlessly), and recently people now know his weak side in the defense.

He's making it too easy for everyone to prepare for him. He needs that unpredictable aura about him he used to have in his first spell. The surprising subs, the different tactics against different opponents, taking out underperfoming players even in the first half. And he needs to let our fullbacks provide width and stop being so narrow, deliver balls to costa from midfield (like pogba to mandzukic today, I don't know why fabregas stopped doing this, he's turning into mikel with all this sideway passing) and more passing interplay from wings and we'll score more.

Only if he does it against Arsenal. Regardless of our form, he was always going to rotate players against Maccabi Tel-Aviv anyway. Him "dropping" a few players tomorrow doesn't mean much. He would be making more of a statement if he drops them against Arsenal, which I doubt he will do.

A common retort for that is "no-one wants to sit on the bench", but all the big clubs around the world know how to rotate effectively enough so that players don't get frustrated. I hope this isn't some sort of dumbass cycle we're going to get stuck in. Spend big 1 summer, then peanuts the following summer & repeat.

Unhappy players is normal in football, if you don't play you're unhappy, if you play bad and lose, you're unhappy. that's not a big deal. I hope things are fine within the squad and we just have to solve the tactical and technical problems.

Our play has been so scripted and readable for so long it's hard to see exactly how, and when it will change. I certainly can't see a grind out 1-0 result coming anytime soon due to defensive frailties, and nor can I see a 2/3-0 win coming anytime soon either.

Players have been massively under-performing but in all this JM is culpable for simply not dropping these players who have under-performed for weeks now.

I was a child and the only reason I wanted Mou back here was to feel the allure everyone else talks about. He's a great celebrity but an overrated manager. The best managers give you more memories than just lifting trophies & their tongue in cheek PC's.

the year we finished 6th was when we won the CL, and no we didnt play good football that year. I didnt enjoy getting battered 4-1 at Anfield or 5-3 against Arsenal at stamford Bridge, or 3-1 to Aston Fucking Villa at stamford bridge, or being embarrassed by Papis fucking Cisse at Stamford Bridge!

Most of my favourite ever games have been under Mourinho, Beating Barca 4-2 in 2005, Beating Man U 3-1 at Old Trafford in 2005 after they gave us a gaurd of honour, beating Bolton 2-0 to win the League in 2005, beating Liverpool 4-1 at Anfield in 2005, beating Arsenal 2-0 at Highbury in 2005, beating West ham 4-1 in 2006, Beating Man U 3-0 in 2006, beating Arsenal 6-0 in 2014, beating Man U 3-1 in 2014 and winning 2-0 at Anfield in 2014 the list goes on.

So if you prefer us finishing 6th playing the odd good game and getting embarrassed most of the time then thats up to you, you may not have good memories from Jose's time here, but most Chelsea fans do, our PL campaign in 2011/12 was simply horrendous if you enjoyed it then good for you.

Ivanovic sill most likely start,but Azpi could be benched for Arsenal

That is the Jose I know and this is one of his characteristics that I hate about him.He never benches his favourite players.

Jose is still my favourite coach ever,but he has to change.
