Yes, it was passive aggressive and not something your employers expect from you (doing your laundry publicly through social media) . This circus has been caused because of her reaction. Had she said nothing the media would have already let it go. But she had to say that, the club and not Mourinho, took a decision and the bad PR continues. Mourinho WAS wrong to talk about it. But a lot of lies has been said on this thread for people to have yet another reason to criticize him beyond what happened. He NEVER blamed the performance and dropped points on that. He was asked a straight question and he answered. The videos of his reactions show how pissed he was the EXACT moment they got into the pitch, before the free kick, before any potential consequences and the end of the match. That was his true reaction not deflection... He should have avoided answering the question, as he does when he wants. That's his one mistake here. He didn't blame her, he didn't deflect anything, during the actual post match press he acknowledged some things, he admitted the bad result. If he wanted excuses he would have mentioned the red card, which did cost us. Unlike many here he has a working brain, if he wants to find excuses, he'd given a buyable one, not some half arsed insignificant episode. Then the media and most people here transformed it into a circus. People criticize DM journalists, but they should have a reality check because they write even worse shit here and would do as bad if they worked there. Also, Mourinho's power in the club isn't what people make it out to be. He personally probably doesn't give two fucks about what she said, but in all honesty in the world, how many other docs and phisios in the last 12 months made it to the media in a negative way as Chelsea's? Maybe the power to be got tired of her actions in the pitch making the headlines every few months. The social media teenager behavior must have been the last straw, but let's blame it all on Mourinho and decide that he's been the person that took her job requirements away because that's what managers do, right? She doesn't even report straight (or in any form) to him. She's a Chelsea FC employee and while Mourinho could tell his superiors to go get another one because she's not up to his expectations, it's still a club decision, not his. This is not like his assistants, but I'll overlook some comments because I'm positive many here has never even stepped on a real life company, let alone a world wide one like Chelsea. They're obviously talking about things they don't remotely have a clue about.Exactly. People treating this like one celebrity nonsense, right or wrong nonsense. To lead you have to have a high opinion of yourself and illustrate to those that follow that your confidence cannot be shaken. Look at some of worst people in history that were able to captivate large following they all were narcisstic and in some cases megalomaniacs. (I.e Hitler Stalin, Koresh, Manson etc. All dispicable human beings yet they were able to have many followers because they held unflappable conviction and people as a whole will follow these people in a flock mentality. Clearly I'm not equating Mourinho to them but rather illustrating how much a dominant figure he is after all look how many people think he is above criticism and will label anyone who criticizes him as not a true Chelsea fan.As for toxicity Mourinho has never stayed anywhere for a long not because he can't but because he burns bridges and makes enemies because he's blunt and doesn't give an F. He's too much Sonny and not enough Michael Corleone. I'm not an Eva devotee or other such nonsense. I just don't understand airing out dirty laundry or scapegoating while refusing to take responsibility.Not sociopaths, psychopaths. The most entertaining account for it is the book Snakes in Suits. Mourinho should have kept his mouth shut and said nothing when he was asked about it after Saturday's game. If he was unhappy with the physios, then he should have discussed and settled the issue with them behind closed doors. Why did he need to make such a fuss over one simple incident? He made Eva and Fearn look like fools by claiming they don't understand the game, when the reality was, they only went onto the field because Hazard needed treatment and referee waved them on. They didn't just blindly run onto the pitch and no one but Hazard can be 100% certain that he didn't suffer an injury at that time. Perhaps, Mourinho himself doesn't understand how the medical rule works in situations like that (or maybe he does, but it just doesn't apply when we're not winning).Moreover, if he wanted to deflect attention away from the result/performance, it would be better off had he just resorted to the old tactic of blaming the referee, red card etc or better, just accept the poor result/performance (it happens) and move on rather than trying to shift the focus away from it. Instead, he had to rant about the physios and put the club under so much scrutiny. Mourinho is a great manager but sometimes, you just can't help but to feel exasperated by all the nonsense drama he creates at the club. Eva on the other hand will face more punishment because she is lower on the hierarchy of power. People putting emotions into this have never faced this kind of thing in real life. Bottom line is Mourinho is wrong (just like calling wenger voyeur, just like insulting Benitez, just like calling pellegrini pellegrino) and Eva too was wrong. I would recommend these people find something important to indulge in and discuss about during the offseason. It's literally been 1 game into the season and we're fighting among each other as though we just got relegated! Calm down, watch how things go and when we have a larger sample size to analyse, make a judgement! Arsenal just lost 2-0 at home to West Ham, several other teams suffered tough losses this matchweek - are there seasons over too? Calm down, watch how the season goes and then decide what you think about Mourinho. Many teams have had poor preseasons/starts to the season and went onto become Champions. Just look to some recent examples which I really don't need to list. It might be, that several fans were spoiled after what I'd say was quite a 'boring title season' as we seemingly strolled to a league title little effort and few obstacles. If you honestly expect that to be the case again this season, then I'm afraid you're being quite naive. I certainly don't defend Mourinho's treatment of Eva and frankly speaking, it severely angered me to read what happened to her.I will reserve my judgement of Mourinho once I've seen enough matches as for now, well to simply put it.......IT'S ONLY BEEN 1 GAME!!!!!!!!!!!
