I especially like the part where he says

"So we have to improve what we have already. We are trying to give them some new qualities, try to be a little bit more unpredictable and go through the season with high motivation."

I love unpredictable teams and I think we should prepare ourselves for something along the lines of our first half of last season. I believe that's where we're moving.

None of our key players played during off season, so I expected a rested, confident and in-form team. The only first team player who's missing part of pre-season is Willian. Give him a proper rest, start playing him a couple of weeks into the season and we basically have the first team rested and prepared. I'm confident we'll win titles again even if it feels a bit underwhelming to know we didn't sign any first team player.

Pedro and Witsel in before transfer window closes or this will be happening more often next season. Can see this season a repeat of 2010-11 but with Jose not getting sacked at the end and we go spend big again next summer even though we should be doing it now.

Even though our current squad does need improvement in certain area, Mourinho isn't going to panic over one defeat in pre-season, especially with the NY Red Bulls game being our first. We did lose 3-0 to Werder Bremen last year after all.

But if we also lose to PSG, Barcelona, Arsenal and even Fiorentina...

Our first pre-season game but our finishing was woeful as usual.

Griezmann, Reus, Pedro on the right can solve this.

Holding the ball against pressing teams with ramires playing is a disaster if either fabregas or Matic gets injured.

Witsel, aranguiz, javi Martinez will solve this.

But we're happy with what we have... Let's hope our first team starters don't injure.

A great team was never made of players who had hard work exceed technical ability.

Man United 2010/2011, they won the title because of a great coach and hard work, also because every other epl team were shit as ... but they finally took a lesson in the UCL final.
