Don't get all the Luiz in midfield posts. He was an emergency player there and is our 5th choice central midfielder. He's less of a threat going forward than Lampard, Ramires, and Matic and he's worse defensively and more of a liability in the DM role than Mikel, Ramires, or Matic. Why do people keep trying to force him into the midfield?

I don't like him there either, but we have problems right now because of form and we should have the strongest midfield coming to the match. So I wouldn't mind seeing him there, although in general I'm always against him there...

We can disagree without people calling others' opinions ridiculous. If you you think otherwise, great for you guys, nobody is ridiculous or stupid because they disagree, so I'm actually disappointed on how you reacted on this. It's just an opinion and as bad as it is, people gave their arguments for wanting that to happen. So let's respect our differences?

Calling people stating wrong facts ridiculous, I get, but people having different opinions shouldn't fit the category...

Expecting a 3 man midfield with Ramires for me the only certainty. Could see any 4 of Lamps, Matic, Mikel or Luiz playing.

Sort of confident but the first few chances that go City's way are going to terrify me. Hopefully its still 0-0 at the 15 minute mark and we can start to generate a foothold in the game.

I expect we will set up not to lose. Hit them hard on the counter when we can. Be backs to the wall sort of stuff. But i think 1-1 looks like the sort of result we can expect. And who knows we might even knick it.

Last season match between Chelsea and City(under Rafa Benitez) was maybe best match of the season.Both teams played lovely football,attacking football and if Chelsea don't park the bus tonight,as we all hope will not,this could be beautiful match.

Really? There's 42 points left to play for after tonight, and City have a few games to play we've already got out of the way, i.e. Old Trafford, the Emirates, Goodison, just to name a few.

I'm not calling anyone ridiculous as a person, just the notion that Luiz being picked over someone like Ramires being ridiculous. I still stand by that because I don't like Luiz in midfield at all. I'm not attacking anyone that wants that I just strongly disagree with it so ridiculous is the right word IMO, especially considering Luiz was really bad in midfield last time so I don't get the form argument either.

Especially against Yaya Toure and Fernandinho. I don't want to see it.
