Their squad has million times more quality than ours. In our squad, there are people than cannot even control the ball. I mean, wtf. These are professional football players. 

I always gave Pep credit for having an eye for the truly top class talents. He knows quality when he sees it. When you have coached some of the greatest players ever, you should know the certain characteristics that is required for reaching WC level. Pep knows it.
