FFP is dead guys, it’s official. UEFA need to start again with new rules. City killed FFP.

PSG got Mbappe and Neymar for 400m and nothing happened.

But they punished Milan for far less...

Create Super League without UEFA...

Time barred, huh. So literally if another club did precisely what City did tomorrow and got caught they would indeed be banned. <_<

Can only imagine the revenge tour City's owner will embark on in the transfer window. I predict a £200m spending spree to get their title back. And they'll likely be targeting some of the same players we are, so we need that CL qualification to compete with them.

Not if we get busted immediately. They did not get punished because they did it long time ago.

Why the fuck did UEFA even open the investigation since it was long ago?

Uefa knew City fucked up and that is why they punished them. It is CAS that does not care because the events were 6 years ago. Never heard of this rule before.

Even the UEFA statement sounds pathetic...

https://www.uefa.com/insideuefa/mediaservices/mediareleases/news/025f-0fe04532cd96-809561062b21-1000--uefa-statement-on-cas-manchester-city-decision/

UEFA takes note of the decision taken by the Court of Arbitration for Sport to reduce the sanction imposed on Manchester City FC by UEFA’s independent Club Financial Control Body for alleged breaches of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play regulations.

UEFA notes that the CAS panel found that there was insufficient conclusive evidence to uphold all of the CFCB’s conclusions in this specific case and that many of the alleged breaches were time-barred due to the 5 year time period foreseen in the UEFA regulations.

Over the last few years, Financial Fair Play has played a significant role in protecting clubs and helping them become financially sustainable and UEFA and ECA remain committed to its principles.

UEFA will be making no further comments on the matter.

no matter how shit and corrupt this whole situation is, we should in no way have to depend on a ban for City to qualify for CL, we need to earn it. Fuck City, CAS, UEFA, FIFA, etc

its all about the money for those assholes, football is too damn dirty.

You are right regarding we cant rely on others, but man them arabs have rocked the footy world for the worse but at the same time exposed the corruption even in high places. Just look at that cunt pep looking mighty happy and takinf pics to celebrate this, cheating dirty scumbags. Surely some clubs will have a say now no? Create a super league and throw these dirty cunts out of it, this is beyond obvious now. So the rumours were true that they wont serve no ban, also why pep the cunt was so confident. Trueth is you get the outcome hours before and not days, yet they all knew. Corruption at highest level this.

Chelsea were not allowed to appeal until after our summer transfer window.

ManCASter City ban overturned.
This means:

• 5th Spot won’t be qualified for the UCL
• FFP is non-existent this summer.
• Top 4 Will be difficult, next 3 games.
• UEFA are corrupt bastards .

When Chelsea have a punishment, they accept what they’ve done, we missed out on 2 windows
