Bitter. It's really ironic how Pellegrini always talks about winning style and yet City depended on other teams' results to go their way for them to claim the title last season. If City are really impressive as he's claimed them to be, then they would have led from the front with their 'brilliant attacking football' rather than needing others to help them (which was the same when they won it first time in 2012).

We should be thankful for his obsession with style because it's partly the reason we have been crowned Champions so early.

Since the new year both us and City have dropped off performance wise but Mou switched the tactics to make sure the results didn't suffer with it while Greenie hid behind his 'style' and because of it City bombed.

I genuinely hope Pel, Rodgers and the rest of Purist FC stay at our rival's for many years to come.

The boring Chelsea tag is a complete misnomer. It's just born out of petty minded ignorance. There seems to be a school of thought that you have to play Barcelona type football and anything less is morally (football wise) wrong. Liverpool last season are the blue print for playing open door football. Those idiotic fans of there's who if they had been a bit tighter in defence in the latter part of the season would have been champions and they wouldn't have given a shit if they ground out some 1-0 wins. We do it and it's against the spirit of the game (whatever that is !) and a totally boss eyed view of football.

I was taking a gander on sackpardew.com & amazed how the Geordies felt Pardew was bad for their club. I wonder what they are thinking now? That lot needs to learn how to appreciate goodness shown to their club

I was taking a gander on sackpardew.com & amazed how the Geordies felt Pardew was bad for their club. I wonder what they are thinking now? That lot needs to learn how to appreciate goodness shown to their club

After 11/12 he didn't do very good atall, infact his record after that season was piss poor, if they actually appointed a manager as his replacement they would at worst be doing the same.

Just because Carvers done even worse and Pardrews had a great start for Palace doesn't mean Alan was doing great at Newcastle because he wasn't by any stretch of the imagination.
