Edinson Cavani

I come on here to read the latest Cavani news and the first things I see are people complaining about the fact I "change my mind" on players. Once again if you actually read my posts I never once said "only consider Cavani" and I've never once said "Drop interest in Cavani". Try and understand that this is a forum and the whole point of a forum is to discuss *opinions* which are ever-changing as new news, details and situations regarding those players are brought to light. Now to prevent me detailing this thread anymore I absolutely beg the 10's of people who continue to just complain about my posts despite almost all of them offering a proper view and opinion which is becoming rare on here due to some of the best members being driven away to put me on their ignore list.

You aren't preaching to the converted you know, you need to read my posts in here to understand where exactly I stand.

It wasn't aimed that much towards you as much as it was to general posts I've seen here :)

And let's be honest and objective, you saying that you still believe we could get a certain player before transfer window has even opened is a bit pointless and dumb.

a bug on the forum, I dunno. It seems to happen after someone has used bold (like I did on my previous post) :o

:o

Not at all, I have stated countless times on here and elsewhere the window is not open and people shouldn't panic. My comment was more towards those who think we cannot.

Yeah, everything in bold is definitely a bug. When someone uses bold on his posts it causes all posts on the page to become bold. I'll contact Jim about it :)

Well I still stand by what I've said. They way you wrote it gave it a bit of a different meaning. Had you rephrased that post we wouldn't be arguing about it anyway :D

I agree with your points, Sh0n3x, except for this one:

And this is why:
Image 1 (Cavani, leave)
Image 2 (Cavani, be fair and make us happy. Leave already!)

Surprise surprise :halo:

Well they loved him a lot until recently then :D But I wouldn't be surprised if that was done from the extreme fans Napoli have who expect every player to die for their club or finish his career there otherwise they stab his sorry culo

4 days ago:

@Chris_Cohen

Been inundated with tweets worrying about Cavani. All I can tell you, same as before, the deal is pretty much sorted according to my guy.

Still might not happen but I have no reason to doubt it, regardless of what the media reckon his mum and dad have been saying!

Wait wait wait wait wait

He told Radio Rai: 'I don't think Cavani will leave on 10th August, when his buyout clause expires. I'm confident in him, because I consider him a real man. He won't make me a joke of me.
'Should Cavani want to leave, he will decide it after a long period of reflection. But by 20th July we will probably know everything about his future.'

What's that?

This Chris Cohen guy is very sure about this it seems ...

Maybe his source is legit ?

possibly, but i remember last summer during the transfer window there was another guy on twitter who over the summer got some 100,000 followers because he was tweeting some transfer story from his "source".... maybe it was about hulk?

But anyways, it was all over this forum as well, and in the end it ended up being some 15 year old kid who called all his followers idiots and fools etc, and said it was all fake and how gullible everyone is.

Anyhow, you get my point.

After that episode you should take most twitter folks with sources with as much scepticism as possible.

However, you also cant discount that he has a source. Tancredi was sure cavani would be done in 48 hours and way more people believed that "journalist".

Manchester City has forget about Edinson Cavani and is now after Luis Suárez, a forward demanded by the new coach Manuel Pellegrini, according to 'Sunday Express'.

Manchester City could launch a surprise £35million bid for Liverpool's want-away striker Luis Suarez. City are not prepared to meet EdinsonCavani's £35million buyout clause at Napoli and so have instead turned their attention to Suarez.#MARCA.

Would be quite funny if Suarez joined Man City after claiming the English media are his reason for wanting to leave Liverpool. Truth will then be clear he really just wants to leave the scouse losers who blindly love him.
