Maybe Cavani not coming forces us to use Lukaku more and this guy surprises a lot of people. He has a maturity and commitment to his game that belies his age.

Can definitely see a positive side of it also, not to mention the 63mil euros transfer fee. Though it is not every day that you pull a rabbit out of the hat and sign Azplicueta or even Mata (23mil).

It does not matter weather you rather have.

It's what we have, and what is realistic.

Chelsea will not spend 50 mill on another striker when we already got 4 options.

We first have to get rid of before buying. And If I remember correctly, Mourinho said he was going to speak to Torres to see if it was best for him to stay. And then use the same quote he used for Kaka, in "help to get the best out of him"

But with Lukaku coming back, Ba who can be better then Torres and the extra option in Schurrle, I say we are stack for the striker department.

Options and the amount of goals they scored last season (from whoscored, so some cup goals most likely not added): Lewy (34 goals), Jackson Martinez (29), Soldado (28), Negredo (25), Higuain (17), Osvaldo (16), Dzeko(15), Gomez(13), Rooney (13, he rarely played as striker) and Jovetic (13).

My preference atm is Lewy > Gomez > Soldado.
