Yes the cup win was nice for them in isolation, but would you want to see us employing Harry Redknapp, Alex McLeish, Grame Souness or Roberto Martinez? As they all won a domestic cup with much weaker teams.

Exactly what annoys me when people use Arteta to defend Potter.

Based on Potters comments in the press, it's very likely that they are using Arteta as a model.

Arsenal finishing in top 4 is itself something, but them winning the league would wrongly convince some people that Potter is also worth the risk.

Blindingly obvious that Naglesmann will be our new manager with the Vivell connection. But I hope we at least kick the tires on some of the other candidates. Poch, Conte, Enrique. Do an exhaustive interview process.

I just hope that Nagelsmann learnt from his Bayern misery.
