Be a bit premature to assume Timo has 20+ PL goals in him next season. Or Havertz having 15+ considering they’ve only scored 6 between them this season in the PL.

What player has gone from scoring 5 goals to 20 the following season? When do players score 20+ PL goals anyway in a season? Its uncommon.

Pulisic if fully fit can get over 10 because he showed last season he is capable of arriving in the box and being clinical. When Werner and Havertz show they are capable of even getting 10+ in the PL then we can start talking about 20 or 15 goals.

Only been Kane, Salah, Sterling, Aguero, Mane, Vardy, Aubamayang in recent seasons off top of my head who have got 20 or more. Been a few more Ings last season also and then if you go back further the likes of Suarez, Torres, Drogba, Lampard Yaya Toure etc but these types of players arent as common now, who get 20+ PL goals. And if they are, they are the top top players.

Werner and Havertz are undeniably good players but wont get excited to they’ve at least done something of note.

plenty of slightly above average players like Jermaine defoe, darren bent managed to score 20 pl goals in one-off season too tho.

With the new penalty rule, the rat face diver will manage it too, despite having only scored 7 non-penalty goals so far.

Anyway, I think Werner this season is a one off adn i can see him score 15-20  pl goals next season. Havertz i can not really say cos he used to blow hot and cold even in bundesliga. The thing is, to make the best of werner we need to play more on the counter attack and less posession based. can not really see this under tuchel so far, so it is likely we sign another player who is more suited to leading the line vs deep sitting teams.

City are not interested in Mbappe because of "extremely high" salary demands; not keen to break their wage structure (one reason why Kevin De Bruyne contract talks are ongoing).

City looking for top striker this summer; in contention for Haaland, Lukaku being considered, longstanding interest in Kane but price and Levy will prove problematic.

City have had issues with Haaland's agent Mino Raiola but Haaland's main representative is believed to be his father (and former City player) Alf-Inge.

City, Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona interested in Haaland.

I've resigned myself to seeing Haaland go somewhere else - mostly City

If Bram wants him then we will get him, but I still dont think we will do or die getting him, as long as he aint coming to EPL ( if not to us ) then its all good.

City will match wages, his dad played for City too. Not sure what would sway him to Chelsea

Only clubs like Real or Bayern can sway him if he cares about his position in football history and wants to be in an iconic club over moneybags.

Club might have to look at the young striker market - DCL, Jonathan David, Andre Silva. Lautaro will be expensive + can he play as lone ST?

He can, but Lautaro best performances are always with 2 strikers formation.

I pray daily that City don't get him.

We could possibly be looking at another Manchester domination of the league akin to Man Uniteds through the 90s and early 2000's.

We've been told for years that players likes of Messi and CR7 might never be seen again and then this Norwegian mutant comes along. What the actual fuck. Sign him asap

he has incredible statistics, makes goals every game, is always decisive but... i have seen different his games and several youtube videos and I can't convince myself about him, i don't like, i found him clumsy and with poor technique.
Maybe then comes to us and makes dozens of goal, but he could also do very bad.

Roman my man, break the fucking bank and get this geezer here A.s.a.p.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is making the signing of Norway forward Erling Braut Haaland, 20, from Borussia Dortmund his personal mission this summer. (Star)

Thing is if the kid has his sights set on Real or PSG then no matter what we/Roman does is going to deter him, my opinion only though.
