hazard - just "criticism". every1 here was having a debate on how hazard fucked up for the goal

mata - his defensive liability was for every1 to see. not our player anymore so cant be bothered

oscar - so has oscar actually had a good end to the season. tomorrow people are going to critisize jose for calling a football, football. "I think he was our best player for months, from August to November or December. He was absolutely fantastic. And after that he was up and down," Mourinho explained. so saying how oscar's season actually has been is suddenly criticism.

matic and salah - first of all . secondly, even if he did do it, so what? did he do it in public. what happens in the dressing room, stays in the dressing room. saf used to throw shoes at the players to get a performance out of them. if jose says a couple of things in the privacy of the dressing room, after a horrible 45 minutes, so what?

strikers - that is the one thing that he did wrong. that was actual condemning and criticism. also, i dont think for a moment that jose dint know what he was doing. i think he did. maybe he thought the striker would get riled up and put in a performance that would not make them and us kill ourselves, but it compltely back-fired or rather nothing happened.

Mourinho should actualy say tomorrow that he is partly guilty for such season too. Always blaming players, no striker, no goals, no tracking...

I mean, Hazard is fucking winger. Yes he should track, but he cant be only excuse for that defeat...Jose should say "there were mistakes by me and team", not "Hazard isnt 100% in the game"...

Even Guardiola, Martino admited they made mistakes and will have to do something about it..

Lets face it. Every manager in the world can say; I dont expect trophies this season, but next one. Or "we are small team, there are bigger ones out there"...thing is I didnt expect Jose to go this far in CL, but I expected at least 2nd place (not much diff between 2 and 3 but still). Only City has better team than us. As things went on this season, we had clear path to win the title. But players failed and so did Jose. If it is the players that are shit, why cant Jose motivate them? If there is no striker, why didnt Jose bought one in summer?

Finaly, this season we had plenty of shit games against small teams. We have team that MUST beat such relegation teams with or without striker. Sure, there will be defeats/draws, but generaly, we should beat small teams. Jose saw problems against Villa, saw them against Wba and Whu. What did he do? Nothing. Same players, same formation, same headless attack etc....after all those games, Jose couldnt find way vs Norwich? After like, 10 similar games, where we couldnt break opponent, jose still couldnt find a way? And thinking striker will come next season and bang 3 goals every game, saving our ass? Yeah right...

I think either we will get proper players, pass the world cup, leave that behind and truly focus on next season. Result will be winning premier league in style. Or Jose will somehow lose it and we will have another average season.

Im not blaming Mou, Im just pointing problems he has to solve. As great manager he is, he shoould fix them. Right?

I have watched our games this season and we seem to attack by spreading the ball to the wide men, waiting for them to beat their man, and then crossing or shooting. If it doesn't work, then we pass to ivanovic to cross, or we just shoot from distance. And worse of all, we do all this too slowly. Terrible tempo.

Its too simple to defend against, no combinations, I don't even see the small passing triangles I saw in the beginning of the season. No 1-2's, no link up between teammates and rare team play.

These are things practiced on the training ground. That's why even southampton players can look excellent when attacking, because their average players practice movements in training.

I think we don't do enough team combinations and it's made us look like we are over thinking in attack, slow and predictable against teams that defend deep.

I hope we get this fixed next season.

Taking aside jose's defensive/negative tactics, one thing that I always thought was Mourinho was never a manager that could stay long term or want to be here long term regardless of the team.

I don't agree with everything Lionsden or MrExcalibur have said but I just think it's ridiculous that they're being treated with so little civility by a few on here when really, they haven't said anything so outrageous to warrant that kind of treatment. It's not like they've said "Mourinho will be the death of Chelsea. Sack him now". What they've said is that Mourinho has certain flaws that they don't like and they've been brave enough to verbalize them rather than follow the flock.

I will say this, I hope we win the league next season so I can stick both middle fingers up at the ungreatful wankers who slate Mourinho. He is the best manager in the world and the fact he even came back was unbelievable for me. When we perform like we did yesterday against Norwich, you have to look back at similar results over the season and question Mourinhos tactics in these specific games. You may also question the whole Mata saga and ask if the sale of Juan was premature. I personally think Jose should have kept Lukaku from the start and was kinda shocked at that last minute loan move. Though despite the lack of progress in the way we play in attacking positions under Jose over the course of the season, he has improved us immensely as a unit and is, not has but is, degeloping us into a machine. With a few alterations and hard work over pre season, we will challange in all competitions on all fronts. Isn't that what he had been sayong from the start too!!! He said this will be a long term project and unfortunately with the recent nature of the way Chelsea have done their business to gain instant success, this mentality filters through into the fans noggins.

One season without a trophy and nobody is happy. Not even Mourinho.
